Family Express Train Private Cabin 从河内Hanoi到老街Lao Cai的Sleeper Train， 其实都是同一班火车，差别只在不同公司经营的车厢等级跟服务✨ 这次选了 Family Express Train（因为真的够便宜🤗） 👉 private cabin（2人一间） 💰 总共 RM480.22 等于一人约 RM240，就能躺平睡去老街🚂 车厢干净、空调够冷、有免费水+啤酒+汽水+小零食+香蕉 上车睡觉，醒来刚好到Sapa玩⛰️ · 🚽厕所很干净，但不能洗澡！

今天晚上十點40要搭乘臥鋪火車前往沙壩， 因此我們特地向原本住宿的房東再多租借半天房，讓我們下午到上火車的這段時間有地方休息和盥洗，約莫九點半我們叫了Grab載我們到河內火車站，站務人員看我們提早抵達就詢問我們要不要改搭十點整出發的列車 ！我們五個人，拆成4女+1男，分兩間房間，臥鋪體驗非常新鮮，孩子們都很喜歡，火車上也有插座可以充電唷！ 倒不如提前抵達沙壩也不賴 於是就這樣上了十點整的臥鋪火車囉 由於一間包廂只有四個床位 我們就拆成4+1 也就是四千金一房 我跟陌生人一房 今晚褲子要穿緊一點了XD

予約の申し込みから確定までとてもスムーズでした。料金体系もとてもわかりやすく選択肢が豊富に選べるのも良いです。チャパエクスプレスと迷いましたが、ファミリーエクスプレスの方が料金がお安かったのでこちらにしました。特に室内はチャパエクスプレスと遜色は無いと思います。一人旅なので相部屋のキャビンを予約しましたが、予約時アッパーシートなのかローワーシートなのか選択できませんでしたので、当日まで不安でしたが、ローワーシートをアテンドされていたので助かりました。同室の方はアッパーシートの上り下りが大変そうでした。予約時にシートを選択できるともっと良いと思います。

good accomodation. cabin is in a good condition. they also provide with free mineral water and some snacks for you to munch during the trip. they also sell other snack and hot food inside the train. true to their word. don’t forget to bought their shuttle to your hotel which is more cheaper than taking grab.

We booked a private cabin and had a good overall experience. The 8.5-hour ride was long and a bit noisy and shaky, so sleeping was tough (earplugs we brought helped). Drinks were at room temperature, but the fresh banana provided was nice for breakfast. After arriving at Lao Cai station, we took a 55k shuttle to Sapa town (about 45–60 minutes). It’s a shared shuttle, not a hotel drop-off, but still convenient. Overall, we’d recommend this train company as their private cabin rates are cheaper than others.

very friendly receptionist. she tries her best to provide what we request for, even getting ice for us. she patiently answers all question so customer service is 100 stars! as for the train its old, regional, traditional. but clean and no pests. toilet / wc is simple but clean all throughout the trip. water pressure was good. the train staff was always available. as expected a bit of noise, engine humming, vibration (all normal with a train) but we were able to sleep ok. no sudden stops. we were on car #5. it was hot and humid on the night of our travel and aircon temp cant be adjusted so we wouldve preferred it colder. beddings were also traditional with woven design and were comfortable enough. free snacks and beverages were much appreciated. clean smell. snacks seller and shuttle van ticket seller was not pushy and was respectful. train and cabins could use a refurbishment so just 4 stars. booking was easy and value for money. got us safe to Lao Cai. thank you Family Express!

it felt like i was transported to hogwarts! i was lucky enough to met 3 china girls and we were able to chit chat for the night before turning in. the toilet was great ambuence was lovely but downside was the sleeping area is very cramp esp if you are on the upper deck. thankfully i was comfy enough to chill with them at the lower deck before heading in for the night! 10/10! Highly reco ppl to try the train experience

The introduction of check-in is clear and smooth. The private cabin itself is tidy and comfortable. We had a great experience with Family Express. You can buy the minibus ticket to sapa town in Lao Cai station lobby.

very good experience. very fast & effective purchase the tickets from Klook. The agent met up us in railway station, he brought us to the cabin & gave us info on train. They provided some free snacks & mineral water as show in pictures
