Copper Beyond Buffet στο Gaysorn Amarin (BTS Chit Lom)

早前去咗呢間 COPPER Beyond Buffet，第一眼覺得裝修幾有心思，走復古餐廳加工業風，門面同打卡位都幾出片，坐低食嘢個氣氛唔錯，當日香港人反而唔多。食物方面，刺身同海鮮區算穩陣，吞拿魚同帶子切得厚薄適中，入口鮮甜；三文魚配海葡萄同魚籽嗰碟，鹹香清爽。甜品我覺得有驚喜，心太軟朱古力味濃，配果醬酸酸地幾平衡；奶凍類同忌廉甜品都滑，但偏甜少少。飲品有啲特調果汁，冰夠、解膩、仲有傳統泰式奶茶，好正。整體出品都算平均，勝在選擇多、賣相靚、補菜速度OK，幾乎樣樣都好味，但最驚喜嘅係蘑菇湯配牛角包，真係超出色。想一次過食齊日式同甜品嘅人唔好錯過。價錢喺泰國嚟講就唔算平喇，無優惠會覺得少少肉赤。

Decided to head out for an evening of fine dining buffet indulgence 🍽✨ and, thanks to TikTok recommendations, we made our way to Gaysorn Amarin for a feasting adventure! 😍 This place is strictly by reservation, so we secured our spot through Klook (Package A) — which came with 1 premium lobster item 🦞🔥 totally worth the treat! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing Thai milk tea slush 🧋❄️ after redeeming our voucher and getting our table number. Service was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for the night! Yes, it’s on the pricier side 💸 but the spread of fine dining cuisine was seriously mind-blowing 🤯 — from premium seafood to beautifully crafted dishes, every bite felt like a treat! 2 hours of non-stop feasting later… we walked out with very happy and satisfied stomachs. Food was great. It was a little expensive but worth the price. Restaurant ambiance was nice and clean. Experience was nice service is like an à la carte style buffet. You order the food with one of the staff then they will service the freshly cooked dish right at your table.

taste good, wide range of choices, people get in in well order. not necessarily to place order immediately get in at the start time as there is a long queue waiting. could take different dishes to enjoy first then place order afterwards. recommend the wagyu beef boat noodle l, Japanese sashimi, bbq rib, truffle soup with croissant. the Korean squid and prawn worth for a try. some orders missed did not come to my table. staff are very efficient and friendly.

體驗： Copper的老闆實在太聰明， 香港的自助餐是你有幾多就攞幾多往往食唔曬就是浪費， 香港任食放題你也會係咁剔係咁剔 然後食唔曬又係浪費。Copper 是半自助點餐而不是自助餐， 除了即開即食生蠔 預製了的 黑松露 忌廉湯、和牛船麵等等， 其他的都是你要自助去點餐， 重點就是你唔會 有100幅相叫曬100個試， 通常你都會重點 點網紅推介過的， 然後打卡才放進嘴裏， 真心覺得 即叫即制這個概念非常好， 每件食品送到你枱面你都會打卡 很開心地進食， 如果你想encore就要再走多兩轉三轉了， 在copper沒有見到浪費食材這一 面， 甚至乎水果雪糕 cheesecake 都唔會吃到天一半地一半。 Copper這個是半自助點餐，不是自助餐 ，在收費方面以泰國來說唔屬於便宜， 但基於網紅的推介是天花板，體驗一次便夠了。

The food quality is great and value wise - expensive but worth it. I was there early and got my table ticket before crowd started. When they did open, my lobster tail was waiting at my table which was a nice surprise. If you’re a buffet veteran you know you just go hard and order the good stuff, stay away from carbs. There are multiple stations where they take your order for items and then deliver to your table. I had so many oysters, sashimi while waiting for food to be delivered I had forgotten what I had ordered. As time passes, the queues get shorter and you go back to order more so no need to wait in lines at the beginning of the 2hr period - it is a luxury experience. I was getting full after an hour so last hour was left to try desserts and gather my strength. A few things to note - they don’t have wifi, no alcoholic drinks, tea/coffee are average via machines and also bathrooms are outside (guess they want you to stay focused on the food).

網上火熱的自助餐天花板，copper buffet! 有聽網上建議，提前大約20分鐘到達，到達商場已是人山人海，但很快就完成登記。登記後旁邊亦有座位可以休息等待，到差不多時間，員工就會請客人排隊入場。餐廳面積很大，但座位也很寬闊，預先已經選了龍蝦套餐，所以每人點了不同款的，兩款也很美味。餐廳有很多自取食物，但我認為點菜下單的食物更加出色。還未把所有下單的菜式試完一轉，已經1很飽， 十分滿足的一餐！

Had a great experience at Copper Beyond Buffet! The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and best of all no long waiting time. Everything was well-organized and freshly served. Will definitely come again!

The price is relatively high in Bangkok but worth to spending. We have chosen the lowest tier one with Lobster tail. All the food are delicious with a lot of choices. Recommend to try the black truffle soup and angus beef sushi.
