Κρουαζιέρα Phoenix 3D2N: Κόλπος Ha Long με Sung Sot & Ti Top

Великолепное путешествие! Забрали от отеля в назначенное время. Гид молодой человек говорящий как на вьетнамском так и на английском (если не считать того, что мы не владеет ни тем ни тем языком) вся преподнесенная информация была понятна, а так же Гид использовал телефон, переводя на русский язык. Огромное ему спасибо!!!, Так же нам потребовалось помощь в продлении интернет на вьетнамский сим карте и Гид нам в этом помог. На экскурсиях все подробно объяснял и показывал. Мы посещали пещеры, острова, гроты, плавали на каяках и бамбуковой лодке. Бухта волшебная, красота неописуемо!!! А теперь о корабле, трезпалубное судно с рестораном на 2 палубе и зоной отдыха и баром на третьей. На судне было чисто, молодой приветливый персонал, все очень отзывчивые. на 3 палубе есть столики с креслами, а также шезлонги для желающих позагорать. Вечером на этой палубе можно попеть караоке. Мне очень понравилось, что было не много народа, не гремела музыка, для меня это был прекрасный отдых в бухте среди фантастических гор. Очень жаль, что у нас было всего 3 дня, если вы хотите отдохнуть от суеты города, то вам сюда!!! Есть пожелания, нам было мало времени для плавания, казалось что впереди весь день, но с учётом программы, день пролетал незаметно На борту кормили, завтрак, обед, ужин, Блюда были не острые и из всего разнообразия, что подавали, каждый мог выбрать, что ему нравиться, напитки к сожалению идут за отдельную плату. Между обедом и ужином примерно в 16.30 на 3 палубе можно попить, кофе, чай, со снеками и перекусить свежие фрукты. К сожалению небольшой минус, но думаю вы без проблем его решите, это тараканы в каюте, я человек предусмотрительный и у меня был с собой репеллент, но если бы неболо, не знаю как бы я спала. В общем подведя итог, могу сказать, что это было отличное путешествие, с отличной командой!!

Memorable 3D2N on board, getting to know other tourists and exploring different activities. Guide and staff were helpful and extended help when my friend was unwell. Meals provided were good, room relatively comfortable, perhaps one of the day activities could be planned better rather than going to a similar pearl farm/cave. Learning how to make spring roll was fun!

Most people joined the 2D1N trip, and only 2 parties on our cruise joined the 3D2N trip. The itinerary of the first day was the same. On the second day, we joined a day tour on a smaller boat with people from other cruises to visit Lan Ha Bay. Therefore, I think this is how all 3D2N tours work in Ha Long Bay. On the third day, we joined our own cruise again (3D2N 3rd day itinerary = 2D1N 2nd day itinerary). Therefore, we had a different tour guide on the 2nd and the 3rd days. The service staff on Phoneix was all amiable and hospitable. The tour guide explained everything clearly. The cook on Phoneix was good. All the dishes were cooked well. Soft drinks/wine/coffee were not included. We paid for what we had drunk before we returned to the shore. Credit cards are accepted, but there will be an extra charge. The room was clean, but quite small. The facilities in our room were rather basic. The shower head did not work very well. However, with this price, I think the faciilities were still acceptable. We did see some fancy boats during our trip, but I guess the price will be double or even more.

We had a wonderful experience on this cruise. Staff and tour guide were so friendly. Be aware that if you book this, there is a duplicate activity of visiting a pearl farm, other than that the rest of the trip is great. Halong bay is beautiful.

Husband and I enjoyed our 3d2n cruise for our honeymoon. Our tour guide, Mr Sea was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. The crew onboard were always smiling and genuinely concerned for our wellbeing. We loved the hospitality! The boat had about 10 rooms. The toilet has bidet. Our room was clean, the AC was cold, and the towels, toothbrush, soap and shampoo were provided. We were served multiple dishes of delicious food. You don't have to worry about going hungry! There were fun activities such as Hiking into caves, swimming, kayaking, squid fishing, karaoke, and cooking class. This is a highly recommended tour!

beau parcours, bien organisé et sans encombre ! le personnel était adorable et ma chambre était spacieuse et très confortable, j’ai d’ailleurs été surpris sur ce point ! le dîner est excellent et le petit déjeuner très complet (buffet avec possibilité de demander une omelette / une soupe phó)

overall is good, but itinery should be adjust a little but more due to we had visited pearl farms many times before. Foods though are pretty good and very local, for vegetalian they support very good ! The crews are good and tried to support you on everything, especially FINN, he is the best. Karaoke night should also be cut out for foreigners. The attractions are good but the activities should be a little but more diverse. In sum up, it is worth a money for joining the cruise. ps. the room is a bit small if you higher than 170 !

Staffs really nice and explained everything needed although some itinerary may vary from the purchased program. Good weather so everything is perfect. Only one thing on the cruise staying at night: We were unable to see the sunset and the sunrise due to where the cruise stayed were entirely surrounded by islands.

Had an amazing trip, everything was so well organized, the guides were so friendly, food was amazing, 3 days trip is definitely the best option and highly recommended
