We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Jun for making our two-day trip around Sapporo so wonderful! On the first day, we visited Lake Toya and Noboribetsu, and on the second day, we explored Biei, the Blue Pond, and Furano. Jun was an excellent driver who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. He also shared lots of useful information about Sapporo and guided us to the places we visited, making the trip even more enjoyable. We were traveling with our 4-year-old child, and Jun was very kind and considerate toward our little one. We were especially grateful that he kindly changed the car seat to the one we preferred just one day before our trip. Jun speaks Chinese, English, Japanese, and even a little Korean, so communication was easy and comfortable throughout the trip. Thank you, Jun, for your kindness, flexibility, and excellent service. If we visit Sapporo again in the future, we would definitely love to travel with Jun again! Highly recommended! 😊

The vehicle was comfortable and Jun-san drove safely. We are glad we booked a private car and driver for our trips to Furano, Otaru and the outskirts of Sapporo. All good. Our driver Yang took us to all the good spots and could speak English well. He was also flexible and let us make the most out of our time. I would suggest to not visit the bear park next time as it seems to be in poor inhumane condition, and overcrowded. The other stops in Noboribetsu and Toya were beautiful even on a gloomy day.

Our driver was Ms Amy and she was a really good and safe driver. She was punctual and accommodating to our preferred itinerary. She was completely transparent with us regarding the travelling distance and duration for each of our chosen location; she recommended the most optimal route to see as much as we could within the 10 hours. Do note that Furano and Biei are quite a drive out of Sapporo, with travelling duration of almost 3 hours to Biei and 2.5 hours back to Sapporo from Furano. Would recommend this private driver package for those without a car and looking to have a private travelling experience.

My driver was Mr 全 and he was super polite, accomodating and helpful. Drive was smooth and we managed to visit Oyunuma Pond, Jigokudani Valley, Oyunuma natural footbath and Lake Toya. The lunch place he brought us also served really good ramen, plus he also brought us to a nice place with great ice cream. Would recommend this private car rental trip.

Amy is an experienced driver and guide who suggested we go to another melon house instead of Furano Farm for a better price. She is patient with my 3 kids throughout the 10-hour itinerary.

오늘 하루종일 빠듯한 일정에도 불구하고 시종일관 미소를 잃지 않은 가이드님 무한 칭찬 드립니다. 특히 비에이 식당이 대부분 영업 종료하여 난감할 때 추천해주신 식당에서 너무나 맛있게 식사했고, 저녁 식당도 웨이팅 여부 전화로 물어봐주시고 상황을 바로 전달해주셔서 잘 대처할 수 있었습니다. 부모님과 아이들까지 3세대가 대가족으로 움직일 때 무조건 추천합니다.
