I really enjoyed the Medina City Highlights Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour. It was such a convenient and relaxing way to explore the beautiful city of Madinah. The buses were clean, comfortable and on time, and the audio guide made the journey even more meaningful with clear explanations of each historical site. I loved that I could hop off at the places I wanted to spend more time at, especially around the mosques and heritage spots. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Plus it's cheaper to buy on Klook than at the counter (90 riyal) A great experience overall — perfect for first-time visitors and even repeat travellers who want a smooth, organized way to see Medina. Truly worth it!

P.S. stop no 3 is not in operations since some construction taking place i was not aware and waited there for 2 hrs. it would be good if HOHO update into their services or atleast on itinerary to avoid such issues

The tour offers excellent value and covers all the essential historical sites, with the Klook booking providing the best price available. I learned a great deal at each pit stop, and the route itself is comprehensive for anyone looking to see the city's key landmarks in one go. However, the efficiency and equipment need significant work. The audio guide is outdated, still referencing 2020 "improvements" despite it being 2026, and the headphone jacks require constant twisting to function. Furthermore, the bus driver frequently had to exit the vehicle to move road barricades himself, which added unnecessary delays to the journey. The biggest drawback is the lack of seating during peak hours. I had to stand and eventually give up my spot for elderly passengers, while others at later stops couldn't board at all. If you are on a tight schedule, I wouldn't recommend this until they coordinate better with ground staff and run back-to-back buses to handle the crowds.
