Κρουαζιέρα μισής ημέρας στον ποταμό Tuaran Tembara για γκρουπ

I brought my friends from KL to explore Sabah, and they absolutely loved this boat trip. Our guide took us to a spot where we saw what I believe were long-tailed monkeys, and then we watched the sunset near a mangrove forest. After the sun had set, our guide led us through the mangroves in search of fireflies. The weather that evening was perfect, and we were lucky enough to spot some fireflies. They were the tiniest I’ve ever seen, glowing like Christmas lights around the mangrove trees—it was truly magical. Quick tip: don’t forget to bring mosquito repellent spray and wear long sleeves. There were lots of gnats in the mangrove area!

It was a wonderful experience especially for my 4 year old grandson. Gliding through the river in total darkness, seeing the trees illuminated by dozens of blinking lights and feeling the fragile fireflies in our hands - is something that we will not be able to forget for a long time. We were also able to take awesome photos during the sunset photo taking stop over. The boat crew were very attentive and provided us with information about not only the fireflies and wildlife but also life of the locals in the vicinity. It’s the perfect way to spend an evening in nature's embrace with the people you love.
