Ημερήσια εκδρομή στο Key West από το Μαϊάμι με προαιρετικές δραστηριότητες

일정에 딱 맞게 이동해서 시간 활용이 좋았습니다. 다만 가이드는 쿠바 출신으로 스페인어로 가이드 설명을 해주시고 구글 번역기를 돌려 영어로 설명해주는 방식이니까 참고하세요. 영어로 질문해도 잘 이해 못하시더라구요.

集合場所で案内が無さ過ぎて「このツアーの参加者の確認します！」とか全くなく、 ツアーデスクで確認したら胸につけるシールくれたけれど（ほかの人には渡していなかった）集合時間より１０分くらいしてバスが到着。出発して「keywest行き」だといわれるまで不安だったので英語が全く無理な方は心して参加された方がいいかもしれません。ツアー自体は良かったのですが、朝ごはんに途中の小さなカフェに寄るとかの案内がツアーの詳細になかったので、書いてある方が助かったかと思います。

ツアーそのものは良かったと思います。マイアミビーチに泊まっていると集合場所が近くて便利です。不満な点は出発時間が変更になっていたこと。6:45の出発のはずが7:00でした。6:30前に集合し、30分以上待ちました。朝の時間は貴重です。現地で1人💲3の代金を支払いました。何の代金かは説明がありませんでした。帰りは時間通りの出発かと思いきや、行きには乗っていなかった乗客2人をピックアップ。ドライバーと乗客と事務所と電話でやり取りをして30分の遅れ。到着も30分遅れ。それについても説明なし。楽しかったけど長い1日でした。

Driver Can NOT Communicate Correctly in ENGLISH ! ! ! He could NOT even Remember what he said to customers, Three times !!!

Itinerary is not true to what was advertised. We booked the Key West Day Trip + Snorkelling but the trip did not allow for 3 hours free exploration of Key West as advertised. We ended up with maybe around 1.5 hours of free time in Key West due to a later than stated transfer time with majority of time being spent on the snorkelling cruise. Other than that, everything was fine.

1. Instead of a proper tourist bus, they used a large car, which didn’t offer the typical tourist feel. 2. There was no live commentary provided, despite what was promised in the description. 3. I requested the driver to drop me off at a point that was just 5 minutes from my hotel and directly on the route, but he refused. Instead, he drove all the way back to the original starting point, adding 30 minutes to the trip. I then had to book an Uber, which cost me another 30 minutes and $25. 4. On the way to Key West, we only made two stops, and on the return journey, there were no stops at all.

the free bus tour which was part of the itenerary and already paid for was not conducted. also the quality of the driver guide was not standard and he was mostly interested to earn out of us by recommending tour in key west..

firstly they took 6 dollar of service fee from us which was not at all mentioned in the Klook service and then there was no guided tour the driver just kept cross selling the snorkelling. he was a racing and kept referring to us as brown people don’t be late horrible experience I want my money back !!!

We had to check in for Key West tour at 6:30am . There was a young man there who could barely speak English . No clear instructions on what to do (ie that you need to register and get a sticker) . Half people had stickers and half did not . A 13 seat bus arrived with 25 people booked on the tour 😂. Well you can imagine the sht show that followed from there and the young man admitting there could be a “capacity issue”and everyone yelling and screaming and wanting to know what was going on … As I was travelling on my own there was one seat left on the bus which I managed to secure. About 30 minutes into the drive the bus driver got a phone call and pulled over on the side of the busy freeway as there was confusion as to who was on / not on the bus who had / did not have red stickers. He was quite rude about the fact that people should’ve had stickers, however half the people did not know and we’re not told and he certainly did not check when people boarded. Then there was the actual van ride which was absolutely horrific, the van driver drove like an absolute maniac! Weaving in and out between cars and lanes and several times being hooted at by other drivers. We were all scrambling for seatbelts. On the way there we had a 20 minute break two hours in (4 hour drive) to use toilets and grab breakfast , on the way home nothing (left 5pm) , no toilet break or opportunity to get some dinner at McDonalds. Will definitely not use again. Key West was great but the rest of the experience was not.
