Εμπειρία παιχνιδιού Hologate VR στο Berjaya Times Square Κουάλα Λουμπούρ

kids had an awesome time..Zu the lady who helped my kids was kind and patient..thanks to her as well!

Good game! staff was very helpful especially with the faulty system. she let us replay when there was issue. Just disappointed by the noisy event outside which made us very hard to focus on the game

Awesome experience! Only wished it could have lasted longer - We had played the zombyte game, definitely recommend 👌

decent experience with a modest game selection and four stations. Playing "Zombie Apocalypse" was immersive and engaging, supported by responsive equipment. ChatGPT. The staff was supportive. Luckily, I had messaged on WhatsApp before arriving. They informed me about their scheduled group event later that day and gave me a time to come in.

Good customer services, game was fun totally recommended and will come again for our visit at Kuala Lumpur

went there with my wife and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a 10 minutes VR video game and we enjoyed it very much.

I recently visited Hologate VR at Berjaya Times Square. The games and facilities themselves were great — very fun and well-maintained. However, my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. He was unfriendly, unresponsive, and quite rude throughout my visit. What’s worse, he even touched me (a muslim woman), which is completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. I truly hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides proper staff training on professionalism and respecting customer boundaries. It’s unfortunate that such good facilities are let down by poor service from certain staff.

場地職員詳細講解不同種類的遊戲讓客人選擇。不過一場只有10分鐘未算盡興，適合初嘗VR的人
