Easy and efficient. Received the tickets quite fast after payment was made. The view on a clear day would be awesome. Note that this is not a fast track ticket as you will still need to queue to use the elevator and if the tower is at the maximum capacity, you will need to wait till someone exits first.

should go at the day time rather than night time to see the whole city Berlin. a little bit disappointed when I visited from 18.30pm and couldnot see many beneath from the height. you should go during the day time that would be the best! in addtion, VRA could be the best option to see the city from the height accross the entire historical periods of Berlin

Arrived on time, which is very important. The tower seemed crowded when I went and many people were turned away for not having the correct ticket. I was allowed in when the staff at the entry saw that I had a timed ticket for exactly that time slot. There was also security checks to go up, then the lift. It was a short queue and the lift was quite large. To be honest, I was quite underwhelmed when I reached the top. I could not take many pictures as the entire area was enclosed and the lights and other things inside reflecting off the glass made it difficult to get nice pictures vs being outside. The VR experience was quite nice. I had the goggles fitted for me, and then the headphones put on. I picked the one of Berlin’s history and though it was a short film, it was quite fascinating.

The staff were confused with me showing them only one QR access code saying we needed 2 codes to access the Tower however they chose to remedy this by printing off 2 tickets in order to get through the turnstile. It's good views but I don't think it's worth the price. Get free views from the Futurium or the Reichstag.

Please make sure to go in the time you were reserved because they would not let you in if you are super early or 30 mins late. and try to consider the weather or else you’ll see nothing up there. there’s no seat unless you drink at the bar. the restaurant was under renovation when we went

visited on a Saturday and there were no queues. the views are spectacular so worth visiting but after you seen some Berlin sights so you have an idea what you are looking at. there is a bar on the observation drink so stopped dor a cocktail in the sky. spent 1.5/2 hrs there including drinks.
