Ημερήσια Ιδιωτική Περιήγηση στο Καταφύγιο Ελεφάντων & στις Σπηλιές Batu στην Κουάλα Λουμπούρ

Ο οδηγός μας ήταν ο Wilson. Ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και φιλικός. Είμαστε μια οικογένεια 2 ενηλίκων και 1 παιδιού. Κατά τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού, όλα τα προγραμματισμένα μέρη επισκέφθηκαν. Όταν το παιδί ήθελε ξαφνικά να δοκιμάσει batik, προσθέσαμε αυτό το μέρος στο πρόγραμμα, αντικαθιστώντας το με το πάρκο ελαφιών. Ευχαριστούμε τον Wilson για τη βοήθειά του. Μας έκλεισε μεσημεριανό γεύμα στην Κουάλα Γκαντά και προλάβαμε να ταΐσουμε τους ελέφαντες και να παρακολουθήσουμε τη διαδικασία του μπάνιου τους. Στην επιστροφή, οδήγησε γρήγορα για να μας φέρει πίσω στο ξενοδοχείο ακριβώς στην ώρα μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Wilson 😃

Our tour guide named Nity was amazing! She reached out to us via Whatsapp, the night before the scheduled tour to confirm pick up time & place. She arrived at the pick up point on-time. She's friendly, very lively, and made the trip memorable. She explains everything well, from history to current trends. She accommodated us well when we asked her to tweak our schedule a bit. She was even kind enough to let us stop over a local store to buy local products, even if it was not in the itinerary (but was on the way home). Also, she takes nice pictures. Definitely a must book!

We had a great time yesterday! Wilson, our tour guide, contacted us a day before, and picked us up on time at our hotel. We were at Batu Caves, before it became too crowded. The second stop was at the Deer farm. Our son love to see the animals! The elephant tour was awesome and we took a guided tour there to see and experience elephant from up close.

The elephant sanctuary and Batu caves were fantastic and well worth visiting. The Deer park, however, was quite the opposite. The animals are in small enclosures and some of them are clearly distressed. It was a real come-down after having enjoyed the elephant sanctuary. What's more, we opted for a private tour but the guide drove very, very fast, in some places driving around rather sharps bends on the wrong side of the road without being able to see if there was any oncoming traffic. My friend reacted to this by showing he was nervous, to the which the driver responded 'Trust me.' He also changed up the order of the itinerary as he didn't know what the weather was going to do and wanted us to visit the sanctuary while it wasn't raining. This wouldn't have been an issue, but he arranged to meet us 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and, coupled with his fast driving, this meant we got to the elephant sanctuary at 9:45. However, it didn't open until 10:30 (the guide thought it opened at 9:30), so we had to wait around for 45 minutes in a place where there is very little to do or see. Overall, we enjoyed the trip but would recommend avoiding the deer park, and just beware that the guide allocated is pot luck!

Nathan, our private tour guide, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was also patient with my two-year-old son and helped us a lot. Overall, I enjoyed the tour so much!

Nitty took great care of us and was an awesome tour guide. The elephant sanctuary was a highlight of our trip to KL. Would highly recommend!

我們的司機是Nelson。前一天中午我們用WhatsApp聯繫供應商後，晚上才收到司機傳訊聯繫確認接送。行程當天上午司機很準時九點抵達，先前往蠟染再到大象保育區，時間剛好趕上11:15的上午場活動，有免費的甘蔗可以餵食大象，接著在大象保育區的半戶外Cafe午餐（三色豆蛋炒飯+咖喱炸雞+清湯+瓶裝水）。用餐完前往鹿園，有免費的馬鈴薯可餵食鹿，現場也可以抱著蛇和蜥蜴，還可以摸兔子和倉鼠。最後前往黑風洞，五點前回到飯店。（因為有帶小孩，發現司機中間休息的時候會抽煙，車上有煙味，若介意的人建議訂購的時候要註記希望是無煙車的需求）

Easy pick-up, ample time for each attraction, the highlight of the tour were the elephants of course. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeble and described sights that we have seen during drives as well (durian plantations, palm oil groves, rubber trees etc.). Highly recommended.

very good tour with Wilson. he took us through Batu, Deer land and elephant sanctuary. Wilson explained us the options avaitat each place. wonderful experience

Navin was a great tour guide. He was kind, accommodating and helpful to our party of two. We will definitely use him again.
