Ολοήμερη εκδρομή στην Παλιά Πόλη του Σαν Ντιέγκο & USS Midway με κρουαζιέρα με σκάφος

Η ημερήσια εκδρομή είναι πολύ βολική, καθώς δεν χρειάζεται να οδηγήσετε μόνοι σας. Ο οδηγός μιλάει τόσο κινέζικα όσο και αγγλικά και προσφέρει προσεκτική εξυπηρέτηση. Την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε στο Σαν Ντιέγκο, μπορούμε να το κανονίσουμε ξανά!

Θα ήθελα να δώσω μια εξαιρετική βαθμολογία στην ξεναγό μας, την Bella, για σήμερα. Ήταν πολύ ευγενική, εξήγησε το πρόγραμμα πολύ καθαρά και ήταν απόλυτα συνεπής στην ώρα της. Το Σαν Ντιέγκο είναι υπέροχο!

Πέρασα υπέροχα στην εκδρομή. Ήταν όμως μια μεγάλη διαδρομή από το Λος Άντζελες. Επειδή δεν ήμασταν πολλοί, χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα βαν αντί για ένα μίνι λεωφορείο. Ήταν η πρώτη μου φορά στο Σαν Ντιέγκο, οπότε χάρηκα που είδα όλα τα όμορφα μέρη.

Είναι ένα πραγματικά καλό ταξίδι. Ο ξεναγός Λέων μας χάρισε μια υπέροχη μέρα.

the bus is late, the driver/tour guide is only fluent in chinese. the time allocation for tour is not enough for the tour especially the uss midway.

I recently joined the San Diego City Day Tour, and I had a fantastic experience! The views were absolutely stunning, showcasing the beauty of the city. Our tour guide was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and engaging, making the journey enjoyable for everyone. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore San Diego! It’s a wonderful way to see the sights and learn more about the area.

I have participated in several day tours through Klook, but I must say that this tour was the worst experience. There are several reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1. The coach was late despite being instructed to arrive at the pick-up location by 7 am. This caused confusion and frustration among many guests, including ourselves. 2. The coach picked up guests from different tours, leading to further confusion. When we sought clarification about the tour arrangements, the driver simply replied, "I am just a driver. Ask the tour guide later." 3. Upon reaching the second pick-up location, we encountered more confusion as the tour guide was also late. Some guests became upset because the driver was unable to provide any answers and simply instructed us to wait. When the tour guide finally arrived, she mishandled the seating arrangements, creating chaos. For instance, she initially assigned seats #3, 4, and 5 to us, stating that we would be getting off at the next station and boarding another bus for the San Diego day tour. However, she then instructed three guests who were part of an 8-day tour to take those seats. This irritated my parents and me. We decided to disembark and waited until everyone was seated before taking vacant seats. 4. To our surprise, there was no bus waiting for us at the next station. Since only 14 people were participating in the day tour, a minivan was arranged instead. This was not professional as advertised on Klook, and the limited legroom made the day tour quite uncomfortable. 5. It was evident that the tour was organized by a Chinese tour agency, and all the guests were from mainland China. The tour guide primarily spoke in Mandarin. 6. I appreciate that the tour guide tried to accommodate guests' request by driving us to McDonald's for food. We were advised to buy takeout and eat in the vehicle. However, some guests decided to dine inside the restaurant. Despite the remaining guests waiting, the tour guide took no action. 7. The tour guide also served as the driver and engaged in continuous conversation while driving, which I found inappropriate. Moreover, he and other guests were speaking loudly, creating a very uncomfortable journey. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this tour to other customers.

It was a very bad and dissapointing tour. For starters, it was not language friendly and the driver Jack did not speak english well, further he spoke more in his native language which was very confusing. At the end, he also demanded an extra $20 as “service fee” which was neither mentioned in the app nor at the beginning of the tour. Overall it was a very disappointing experience that was not value for money. Totally not recommended as an experience

San Diego day trip = ABSOLUTE WORST. What promised to be a fun group tour turned into a total disaster, all thanks to the 'tour guide' Oscar – more like a driver who barely managed broken English. English and Chinese options were offered, but the dude blasted Chinese non-stop – didn't matter if it was 'free time', he and some passengers gabbed away like they owned the place, totally IGNORED everyone else. Worse, ZERO heads-up on toilet breaks, lunch timings… didn't even bother mentioning breakfast no regard to wait somewhere for quick coffee. Sole highlight? USS Midway – that was actually cool. Balboa Park and Old Town? Huge letdowns. If you ask me, swap those out for a chill beach visit – you need time to breathe in those spots. BUT THE CHERRY ON TOP? Mandatory tip for Oscar post-worst-service-ever. Like, are you kidding?! We got subpar experience and STILL had to cough up extra? Unbelievable. Bottom line: colossal waste of a day.
