the trip was honestly SO fun! Coyoacán and Xochimilco are the highlights of the trip. the only thing I wish could be better is to spend a bit longer time on the boat tour - it’s only about an hour. the tour guides Salvador & Mario are super helpful and they provided a lot of insights into Mexico culture and history during our bus rides. the last thing to note is that the traffic in CDMX is really bad, so the return time is quite late (we got back around 7:30 pm)

The hot air balloon experience, cave breakfast, cultural house, and pyramids were all very good. The customer experience across all activities were also amazing and made the experience smooth..from the hotel pickup to the dedicated tour guide who accompanied us through every experience. Yes this was a pricier experience, but it was well worth it. I would recommend everyone to try this if visiting Mexico City.

On the 3rd day of my Mexico trip, I finally went to ride a hot air balloon in Teotihuacan. I couldn't ride one during my trip to Turkey because of bad weather, but Mexico had great weather and almost no wind, so it seemed perfect for hot air ballooning. I was excited to finally ride my first hot air balloon, and I was also nervous seeing how huge it was, but thanks to the pilot's skillful experience and technique, I was able to comfortably and safely tour around Teotihuacan, and I felt like it was worth coming. I liked that they provided pick-up and drop-off from the hotel in Mexico City, the hot air balloon was new and had pretty colors, and the staff were very friendly, making it a delightful trip. Highly recommend.

it was a great experience, very memorable! so touching to see so much hot air balloon on the sky. Better than my last experience in New Zealand. They are very professional, we enjoyed it a lot. Photos and video are great, but quite pricy!
