our tour guide Mae was very good, we went to many local houses on the village and learned about the culture of the place. the walking was fun and it ended with a good foot bath with one drink! definitely worth it.

We saw beautiful places, you have to be in very good phisycal condition for the tour, we enjoyed is so much. The lunch was lovely, a bit too much food for 2 person. Temperature can change one minute to the other. We were so lucky with the weather 😍

We had a lovely morning with Lo Thi Sao our Hmong local guide who was bubbly, lovely and informative. She picked us up at our hotel in town and sent us back at the end. We enjoyed walking through villages and fields with Sao as she shared stories of her life, customs, people. Impressed that she picked up English through interacting with tourists, though it was a shock to discover her so young and already a mother of 3. Lunch was simple but tasty with ice views, and we liked listening to someone who grows her own crops, rears her own animals, weaves her own clothes and even builds her own home. This was a less popular route with tourists, and we could avoid the bigger groups as such. It was foggy, but fine as long as it didn’t rain (just sprays). Sao politely told the local ladies wanting to follow us to stay away as we wouldn’t shop. We sadly saw a puppy being run over by a scooter - more common with roads being built. We enjoyed our private hike with Sao very much.

Tour well spent. I booked just the other day because of the weather. The day started a little late because of me (sorry) but everyone waited. She explained the itinerary and the place well. Ms. Mai took my photos because I went solo. This tour is perfect for those with limited time in Sapa. I’ll definitely be back when the weather is not so foggy.

May our tour guide was the best. Never seen more happy and smiling face like her in my life. She was great and very kind, helpful throughout the tour. She took some great photos of mine as well, that is one of the best part. I would recommend everyone to take this trip without hesitation.

we had a good walk and it was pretty much doable with small toddlers. our 22 months toddler had fun walking up the glass stairs. the weather was reasonably accepted even though the fog comes and go. we were lucky that it didn’t rain. overall we were happy and enjoy this trip.

Our guide Cha was great from the start to end She gave us the option of easy route or difficult route and our group opted for the difficult route which offers amazing views and was well worth the effort. Her english was also good and easy to understand. Cha also shared with us about the stories of the locals and how they live here in the villages which is a great learning experience for us. A must go trek if you are into exploring the rice terraces up close and personal not just from afar. There is also lunch provided towards the end of the trekking tour. Just be sure to be in proper trekking gears especially a good pair of trekking shoes for a better experience
