The tour guide and the waitress were very friendly, they could chat in a little Chinese, and were very enthusiastic to learn. I also appreciated the special care and service. The boat was not very new but clean and comfortable. The meals were all good. If you choose to pick up in Hanoi, you will be taken to the store to introduce jewelry when you go to the toilet, but you will not be forced to buy.

Our Lan Ha Bay overnight cruise was truly an unforgettable experience! Choosing this route over the more touristy Ha Long Bay was hands down the best decision we made. Lan Ha Bay’s views were absolutely breathtaking—serene, awe-inspiring, and nothing short of magical. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the bay felt like witnessing God’s masterpiece—it was that stunning. Tony, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was super friendly, shared great stories, and gave us fascinating insights about the bay. He even went the extra mile by taking photos and videos for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also met some amazing fellow travelers who shared their own Vietnam adventures, adding even more warmth and fun to the trip. The journey to and from the port was smooth and comfortable, especially with the luxury van pick-up—it really added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet magical alternative to Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay is the way to go. Highly recommended!

We love the cruise! I was with my elderly mother and aunt. They had so much fun with the cruise. From Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was a good 2hrs+/-. The van was spacious and driver prompt. Welcoming water was provided. PS no bottled water inside the cruise ship so you need to by canned water there. Hot water is provided for free though. Crew and guides are very nice and accommodating. They answer queries properly and offer elaboration to questions. Especially David our guide and another Guide who discussed with me some information about Hang Sung Sot cave. The food was amazing. Literally that you can eat all you can. I love the vast selection. The activities are good for 1 day. Not really crammed. We just had a lot of stairs to climbed. Be sure to know this if you have elderly with you. Overall experience is a must try. ❤️

Well packed trip for a day which includes trekking, cycling and kayakking. The guide met us from the hotel and he was with us all the way through. While kayakking he took is to a secluded beach which was amazing.

The itinerary for one day trip was well-planned and executed by our guide, Binh. There were multiple transfers, bus, ferry and bus again before getting on the cruise. Lunch followed soon after and the spread was delightable with lots of choices from meat to seafood to vegetarian options. After lunch, we headed to Viet Hai village for cycling. fret not if you can’t cycle as there was also electric car to ferry you around. After cycling, there is kayaking, cruise slide and jumping into the water. We saw huge jellyfishes in the waters but it didn’t seemed to bother anyone. the trip ended with fruits, tea cake, biscuits and tea before going back to Hanoi on the same route. Do note that towels are provided and there were 4 WCs/changing room on board. Drinks are chargeable but at a reasonable price. Binh was clear and fluent in his guide, providing a history of vietnam and clear instructions throughout the day.

the boat looks a bit dated from the outside but the cabin has been upgraded so the room and shower facilities are pretty new. the food was good but the dinner was served a little cold. The itinerary was exactly as described. Transfer from Hanoi was without a problem and pickup was on time and smooth. Thanks and I would highly recommended this Halong Bay overnight tour!
