The location of Panpuri is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. However, perhaps because it's near the airport, the prices at the supermarkets and pharmacies around the accommodation are too expensive. If you plan to shop, do it in Patong or Old Town.

It was really good because it was a really cost-effective hotel. We were late nights, so we checked out on the last day and checked in right away. When we checked in, we requested airport drop-off, and it was done right away. The time we spent on the 5th floor drinking coffee and eating Mango Sticky Rice was the best.

The accommodation was really clean and comfortable, so I felt very good as soon as I arrived. The interior was stylish and well-organized, and the bedding and bathroom were all satisfactory. It is especially recommended for those arriving late at night as it is located very close to Phuket Airport. We arrived at Phuket on an overnight flight, and we were able to travel very comfortably using the airport pick-up service provided by the accommodation. The driver was friendly, and we received detailed instructions in advance, so we arrived at the accommodation without getting lost at all. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were very friendly, so my first impression was really good. The room was quiet and spacious, so it was perfect for relieving flight fatigue, and the basic facilities such as air conditioning, lighting, and hot water were well-equipped. I think the trip was more enjoyable because we were able to start the next day's schedule without any problems. I was really satisfied with the fact that there was such a good accommodation near the airport. I highly recommend it especially for those arriving in Phuket on an overnight flight.

I went to the airport international gate 2, turned right, and walked to Google Maps. It took about 5 minutes. The hotel was very clean and the water seemed to have its own filter. However, I used the filter I bought, and there was no change. It was nice that there was a 7/11 right next door. The staff were friendly. I recommend this place as a place to stay near the hotel.

My family and I recently stayed at Melia Phuket Mai Khao and the overall experience exceeded our expectations and deserves a 5 star recommendation! The hotel is located on the quieter end of Mai Khao Beach, perfect for travelers who want to escape the crowds and enjoy a quiet vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool. It was spacious and well designed. The fragrance and clean environment in the room made us feel completely relaxed as soon as we entered. It is very pleasant to enjoy a hearty breakfast in the outdoor dining area every morning while looking out over the tropical garden. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. From the front desk reception, restaurant service to room cleaning, you can feel their care and warmth. I would especially like to give a special shout out to the poolside staff, who always prepared towels and ice water carefully, and took the initiative to assist with food orders. The hotel facilities are also great, with a spa, gym and a spacious communal swimming pool. Mai Khao Beach is within walking distance, and a morning stroll along the beach or an evening sunset viewing experience is unforgettable. Overall, Melia Phuket Mai Khao is a very suitable resort for couples or families, quiet, comfortable and with attentive service. If you're looking for a place where you can truly "let go", this is the answer!

I did not want to leave. The place is relaxing and close to nature so if your goal it a peaceful vacation in Phuket this is the place to be but if you prefer the hustle and bustle, night life and such, then maybe this is not for you. I highly recommend the Villa. I got lucky and got a free upgrade and it was wonderful. The cuisine at the Sand Box is something I could eat everyday. Thank you for the hospitality.
