Dear Klook Customer Support, I am requesting the cancellation and full refund of my booking at Don Muang Hotel (Feb 23–28, 2026). My flight from the Philippines was scheduled on Feb 23 at 9:30 PM, arriving in Thailand at 12:25 AM on Feb 24. However, immigration authorities deferred my boarding pass, preventing me from departing. This unforeseen and uncontrollable situation made it impossible for me to travel or check in. Both my flight and hotel were fully prepaid. As this was beyond my control and not a voluntary cancellation, I kindly ask for your compassionate consideration in granting a full refund. Large room, king-size bed (6ft), not far from the airport, good price.

Great value for the price. The room was nice and relatively clean. Surprisingly, it also had a microwave and a large refrigerator, but I didn't really need them since I was only there for an overnight layover. Note that it's about a 25-minute walk to the airport, and you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, which means carrying your luggage up and down stairs. Taking a taxi might be more convenient. Overall, I would be willing to stay there again.

nice the place near at airport it took 10-15mins. from airporr to the hotel.,the breakfast is buffet also nice the food it taste filipino food, the servise also is good we always request for make up room and the coffee is free and the water bottle also is free, the cleanliness is very clean from lobby to the room very nice highly recommended the facilities.,

The Hotel has unique rooms, tiny yet cleaned, quiet and nearby local foods, airport, few minutes away from chatuchak market and closest to antemple. 7-eleven is everywhere too!

Arrived in Thailand late at night. Walking from the airport, through immigration, taking elevator #5 or #6 to the skybridge, and then walking to the hotel was really convenient. Staying tonight in a room that costs around 3000 NTD. The room is big, the bathroom hairdryer has weak airflow, there's lotion, and I didn't book breakfast.
