Mr. Cen hosted us throughout this trip to Malaysia, and our whole family was very satisfied with his service. Mr. Cen is a talkative and friendly person, making people feel very safe. No matter what we needed, he always tried his best to help and never got tired of it, which was really touching. It is particularly worth mentioning that Mr. Cen not only drove us around, but also took the initiative to recommend local delicacies and personally took us to eat Pinzhen Duck Noodles and Xing Kee Bak Kut Teh. Both restaurants were highly praised by our family. He also kindly took us to exchange currency, saving us a lot of trouble. We brought two children with us this time, so we moved slowly and they were inevitably noisy at times, but Mr. Cen was always patient and cooperative. He was not impatient from beginning to end. Instead, he always smiled and comforted the children, making us feel his professionalism and warmth. I sincerely recommend him to all friends who want to travel to Malaysia!

The trip saves effort, though not necessarily time or money—but it still feels worthwhile. It’s flexible: the driver takes you to popular spots, and you can stay as long as you like at each. Lunch is included, but it’s a fixed set; you’ll need to pay extra if you want more variety. The car is spacious and clean.
However, there’s room for improvement in communication. Although LINE is listed as a contact method on Klook, it’s not commonly used locally, so the driver couldn’t reach me beforehand—and didn’t try calling either. The itinerary also lacks detail. I didn’t know how much time I could spend at each location or what the next stop would be. That undermines the flexibility, as better planning could have helped avoid repetitive sights.

A colorful bustle at the pier during check-in 😀, looks chaotic, but everything was well organized. Very interesting tour through mangroves, you see many animals (eagles, monkeys, and exotic fish), you should participate.

It was a great Tour I had in Malaysia. The Batu Caves was so amazing and challenging but it had a good historical background which interested me. The most I like was there in Genting Highlands which I did a lot much of fun. Thank you so much to our Tour Guide and I will really recommend this tour. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The weather is really bad, thunderstorms and lightning. We thought that we would not be able to see the animals in this trip. However, our tour guide, Mr. Hamdini, is very experienced and knowledgeable on where to find the Proboscis monkey. As it was raining, he went to scout for the animals, while keeping us safe in the shelter.. Once, he found the monkeys, he came and brought us to the spot. We managed to see a few groups of Proboscis monkeys, male, female and the juvenile monkeys. We also saw the bearded pig and flying lemur. Thumb up for Mr. Hamdini our guide.

The van is very comfortable that I even managed to get some naps on the way home. The driver and guide were very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. If you won't go up Batu Caves and won't go to the outdoor theme park in Genting, the itinerary is already good with more than enough time. So for me this trip was perfect!

Thank you to our guide, "CK TAN," for leading us on a wonderful day trip to Ipoh. Throughout the day, "CK TAN" was friendly and easy to talk to, making us feel completely comfortable. He made the historical explanations interesting. The bean sprout chicken he recommended for lunch was delicious, and the stroll down the souvenir street followed by the dessert, Funny Mountain Soya Bean, was fantastic. On the way back, he even recommended a delicious Klang Bak Kut Teh for a great dinner. Thank you, tour guide, for the wonderful day!
