My family and I are very pleased and impressed by the professional and attentive service by the staff, Rosie and Marcus at the executive lounge. They were very patient and understanding when we expressed shock that the hotel charged the use of toothbrushes without our prior knowledge. We were heartened that they listened to our feedback to ensure all guests would be aware of such charges upon check in in future. We are grateful that the hotel waived the toothbrush charge. Special mention to the manager, Gina Gao as she made arrangement for us to have breakfast upon our early check in. She also assisted us to make reservation at her recommended restaurant upon our request. Besides the excellent service, we love the spacious room and the heated pool with great piped in music for a good swim with memorable vibes. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in our trips! Will be back whenever we visit Jeju!

The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I recommend trying the Korean sauna to relax, it costs 30,000 Korean won per person. There are many restaurants and shopping areas near the hotel. The hotel also provides free parking for those who are driving.

Amazing room, very large and very fancy for its price.

The room has a bathtub for soaking, and there are quite a few restaurants and businesses nearby. The room is also quite large. The breakfast is more ordinary, so you can just go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

Took the offer to upgrade to the corner suite on the 34th floor at check-in and it was totally worth it. We got the view of the entire Jeju at a glance and we also could watch the planes departing & landing while enjoying our morning coffee. The room was very spacious with a huge bathtub. It was very clean and tidy as well. The location of the hotel is right at the centre of Jeju so that’s unbeatable. All hotel guests could enjoy complimentary parking as well so that’s a bonus. The only downside is the lift, as we had to get to the lobby before we could take another set of elevators that took us to the gym/ spa on the 6th floor.

Just drive the car to the front of the garage, and the staff will help park the car in the parking lot. When you want to retrieve the car, tell the front desk and provide the license plate number, and they will help drive it out again. You can call in advance to request your car so you don't have to wait. The room is very large, with plenty of space to open two large suitcases. There's also a table and a sofa, making it convenient for eating. The room also has a water purifier for drinking water. When you want to order takeout after returning to the hotel at night, you can tell the front desk, and the staff will directly hand you a phone or tablet to choose from. Then, you can choose to leave your credit card or cash with the front desk. When the delivery person arrives, the front desk will directly assist with payment and then call the room to notify you that you can come downstairs to pick up your meal. I encountered several front desk staff members during my four-day, three-night stay, and the service was excellent. There is a CU convenience store right next to the hotel, which is convenient for buying things. If you need the staff to clean the room when you go out during the day, there are three magnets on the door. Just stick the ones you need on the outside of the door. The geothermal heating is very hot. We found it too hot and stuffy, so we turned it off after checking in on the first day and didn't turn it on again. However, we were covered in sweat when sleeping on the first night. We asked the front desk if there were any other solutions. The most they could suggest was to continue to keep it off or open the door to let some of the heat escape. Later, we turned on the bathroom light to keep the exhaust fan running, and we left the bathroom door open so that the air in the room would circulate. We slept more comfortably the last two nights. Other than that, everything was really great, and I highly recommend it. P.S. This room type did not include the sandwich mentioned in other reviews.
