The stops were good, lots of new experiences and delicious foods to try, and unique handicraft souvenirs too. The only problem is most of the time the view of Mount Kinabalu is covered by clouds, but it depends on your luck though.

Well-paced itinerary & great communication w/our driver, Mr Lai & tour operator. The private tour which was having a driver for the day who was not a tour guide persay but was helpful in pointing out important landmarks & what to do at each location. Otherwise, it was relatively self-guided which was ok as it was mostly self-explanatory. Be prepared for a long day as Kundasang is quite a distance from KK. We saw the Tamparuli bridge - they had a short intro to local traditional music(donation based)prior to crossing, great for photos & trying the instruments. At Pekan Nabalu, tried local fruits, snacks & shopped for handicraft. Desa Dairy Farm (entry not included Rm10 for locals, Rm20 for non-locals, which included a free carton of milk) is stunning. However, the milking process is at 2pm, which we did not stay to see (there is a good video about it onsite) & one could pay additionally to feed baby cows & goats. Do try the icecream there & Sinalau Bakas otw back! Would highly recommend

It was just the two of us on this trip, but unexpectedly we got a private car! Although the weather didn't allow us to clearly see Mount Kinabalu, the driver was kind enough to share beautiful photos of it with us! He also recommended local specialty fruits to us!

Chinese-speaking guide Michael provided detailed explanations, a great experience! There were also Japanese and Korean people in the group, the interaction was interesting, it's a bit of a shame I'm not proficient in English!

A group of four people can charter the entire car, and the Chinese-speaking driver and tour guide can flexibly adjust according to needs, which is very considerate. They will contact you via WhatsApp before the trip, and confirm the pick-up time, location, and driver's car number the day before. Their proactive communication is very reassuring.

The scenery is truly amazing 😍 Mount Kinabalu itself has a very strong presence. Even if you don't climb to the top, it's already very impressive when viewed from the surrounding observation decks and mountainous areas. The sea of clouds changes quickly, and when the weather is good, the layers are very beautiful. The photos look great with almost no editing needed. Thank you to the guide for accompanying us throughout the day. The private tour itinerary was flexible, and we even added a "Hibiscus 🌺" to the itinerary. This trip was worth it! 🎉😌

The tour guide was very professional and diligent and spoke Cantonese. They took us to the attractions and arranged suitable sightseeing times, and also fully explained the information about the attractions. The weather was great and we could see Mount Kinabalu. The gelato at Desa Dairy Farm was delicious.

Thanks to you, I had a wonderful trip with my daughter. Pan accompanied us and made every effort to ensure our trip was comfortable, with safe driving. Beautiful mountain scenery, cute cows, delicious restaurant recommendations (the food he recommended was the best I've had in Malaysia), and a friendly explanation! I would like to recommend him to others. It was a truly enjoyable and comfortable trip.
