Today I participated in a day trip to Malacca, and I was very lucky to be led by Patrick Koike, the driver and guide. The overall experience is really worthy of a five-star rating!
In one day, he took us to visit nearly 40 attractions. The itinerary was full but not rushed. In addition to detailed and vivid oral explanations, Patrick also thoughtfully shared written materials and videos, allowing us to have a more three-dimensional and in-depth understanding of Malacca's historical background.
What was especially touching was that when visiting the Malacca Straits Mosque, we needed to pay to rent headscarves to enter, but we didn't have any Malaysian Ringgit on us, so we were planning to give up the visit. Patrick felt that we had come from afar, and it would be a pity not to go in, so he took the initiative to pay the rental fee for us. This thoughtfulness and enthusiasm was really touching and appreciated!
During the car ride, he also introduced the history, culture, cuisine, education system, and lifestyle of the local people in Malaysia in detail. The content was rich and in-depth, making the whole trip not just a superficial look, but a real in-depth understanding of this city.
I sincerely recommend Patrick Koike as a driver and guide. He is professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, allowing us to have an unforgettable and fulfilling trip to Malacca.

Booking a private tour was the best decision, because even after Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur feels much hotter, and everything is much easier in an air-conditioned car. Our guide, Jala, first found out what our native language was and put on audio with information about the country in Russian, and then we communicated in English and he perfectly answered all our questions. When we went to the Batu Caves, my mother didn't have a scarf to cover her knees and we didn't have cash to get one, so he arranged for us to be given one. Thanks again for the organization! We really enjoyed everything.

I booked a day trip from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca and Putrajaya for Instagram-worthy photos, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I especially want to thank the hard-working private car driver.
• Punctual and Professional: The driver arrived at the hotel on time for pickup and drop-off, and the service attitude was excellent, making me feel at ease from the start.
• Strong Adaptability: Although there was a severe traffic jam on the way there, the driver, with professional driving experience, still led us to complete all the scheduled itineraries smoothly and safely returned to the hotel within the scheduled time.
• Excellent Driving Skills: The round trip took a very long time, and the driver worked very hard driving the whole time, but the driving process was very smooth and comfortable. To thank the driver for his hard work all day, we also prepared a tip to express our gratitude.
• Stunning Attractions: The itinerary is well-arranged. Whether it is the Pink Mosque in Putrajaya or the historic Red Square and Jonker Street in Malacca, they are all very worthy of taking pictures.

We participated as a group of four friends, two men and two women in their 50s.
Departing from and returning to a convenient hotel, we were able to efficiently visit many photogenic spots where we could feel the history and culture, such as the Pink Mosque, the streets of Malacca, Nyonya cuisine (separate payment), and the Strait of Malacca.
We are grateful to our guide Tommy for his friendly and appropriate guidance.
