Things to do in Agafay Desert

What a great experience! Highly recommend this tour. The camel ride was around 10 minutes. The ATV ride was 40 minutes roundtrip and if you went on it with someone, you got to switch in the middle so everyone gets a chance to drive the ATV. Dinner was okay but the highlight was really the fire show. It was amazing!

The Agafay desert activity was great from start to finish. As our guide, Ftah was communicative, gave clear directions on pick-up info, was attentive and made sure we were looked after throughout. Overall, a great experience.

There was no mention of a child's fee, and after booking, I agreed to pay the child's fee in cash on the day of participation. However, there was no seat for my child in the transport van. The guide, Ayoub, quickly and flexibly accommodated us. He was kind to the child and supported us in every way ☺️. I think it was a miscommunication from the company to the guide. But the result was great! Ayoub was very gentlemanly and considerate of us. I highly recommend it! It's not far from Marrakech, and you can experience another world.

1. This is Last-minute decision! I chose the Agafay Desert for a unique experience with camel and ATV rides—booked the package on the same morning! 2. Initially, my package only camel riding was included, but I successfully negotiated to add an ATV ride, which turned out amazing! Our guide, Lwafi, was incredibly kind, fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic, and even gave me the best ATV deal. As fellow Muslims, we had a heartwarming chat about our lives in different countries. He is super kind ! You can ask him for help for taking photos esp for a solo traveller like me! 3. The experience was unforgettable—fun camel rides, thrilling ATVs, delicious local food (I’m now a big fan of Moroccan couscous!), live music, dancing, and a fantastic fire show. I rate this 10/10 and definitely plan to return with family and friends, Insha Allah. 4. Pro tip: bring sunglasses and a jacket—it’s hot during the day and windy at night. After comparing several options, I chose to join this tour, and it turned out to be fantastic! The itinerary wasn't tiring at all, very relaxed. The guide, Ayoub, was especially great, patient, and attentive to the needs of every customer. The dinner is an absolute must – dining with a panoramic view of the sunset. The evening music was also very cheerful, and they thoughtfully attended to each table with genuine sincerity. The fire dance show concluded the evening, but it wasn't over when we left. They enthusiastically saw everyone off, and you could even dance with the musicians for a proper farewell. It's a great value for the price and highly recommended!

Highly recommended. From being picked up from our hotel to dropped off, we enjoyed the tour and never had a dull moment.
