I have only good memories from this place! Safe neighbourhood, close to several landmarks (located in the historic part of the city). This hotel is a beautiful location with the vibe of a resort in the middle of the city, formula which works very well for it. It also offers a glimpse into the life of local communities if you watch closely from a particular side of the hotel. Stores and restaurants very close by. Very clean, well organized sections of the compound. Comfortable bed. Restaurant nearby serves tasty food. Staff did their best to accommodate my inquiries and requests (in English). Excellent value for the money. I would like to return for a longer stay.

The location is prime and the price is very affordable. If you happen to want to see the Jade Buddha Temple and the Reclining Buddha, these places are nearby. There is also a night market nearby. It is about a 10-minute walk, but it is very quiet at night, so you can rest assured.

The place is nice and there are many nearby places. However, the airconditioner is not that stable. There were times in the middle of the night that it will be turned off automatically. Hope this can be solved.

Room is clean, big and equipment with AC. Nice and helpful staff. Recommend for guests with less baggage since there is no elevator, you might need to carry your belongings up to 3 floor. Overall is good hotel.

would definitely stay again with Swana hotel. Hotel staffs are great especially the guys working at the front desk very easy to communicate with and made our requests promptly from booking our dinner cruise last minute etc. and the housekeeper lady always made our room tidy and the other 2 gents who always had a smile(bell men) thankyou made our vacation more enjoyable!!!
