Great experience. I was upgraded to their other cruise boat called Du Yen with the same itenirary and more premium room. Staff was excellent.

The trip was better than expected! Henry is amazing, his deep knowledge and genuine passion for Vietnam made the scenery come alive. Although it was a day trip, we did not feel rushed at all. The boat is fairly new, very clean, safe and comfortable.

Highly recommended cruise. The boat is brand new!!! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were very lucky that there were only a few of us, which made the service even more personal. As for the activities, the cave excursion was spectacular. The canoe ride was also very good. What I didn't like was the cooking class: more than a class, she cooked in front of us, explaining and letting us taste, but at no point did we actually do the cooking ourselves. The activity list also mentioned a Tai Chi class in the morning, but upon arrival, it wasn't advertised anywhere, nor was another activity offered to replace it. Transfer: it was a bit chaotic, both at pickup (they called us using different numbers; one told us they couldn't access our hotel (claiming a bus wouldn't fit on the street, when in reality it was a two-way street and buses did fit), and the other person who called us said they would pick us up without any problem.

The overall experience for Hercules Grand is really good! I will totally recommend it. The pick up was timely and communication with the tour guide is prompt. Our guide, Henry was very informative and funny too. The cruise is also new and well maintained. The itinerary was well planned too. The buffet has some vegetarian options too. Also highly recommend the speed boat ride option although you need to pay slightly more for it.

the cruise was amazing! very luxurious 😊 the staff make the experience extra special. they are warm, welcoming, very accomodating with a great sense of humour. Lee was a great guide on the transfer to the bay. Bao was very kind and had great attention to detail. this was a highlight of our trip for sure! we were upgraded to the imperial suite which was very special. a trip to remember! the gym was also handy and had aircon 😊

We had a wonderful trip in Ha Long Bay. Our tour guide, Brian, was extremely kind and energetic. He showed great care and always brought smiles to us. We would definitely come again because we met such a great tour guide.Hercules Grand Cruises provided excellent service in all aspects, including the activities. The cruise is very new and clean. It is truly worth coming again.
