Everything is as described. We were picked up at 8 am near our hotel on Old Quarter and went by the same comfortable 19-seat bus to Halong. Our tour guide informed us about the stops on the way, which included a visit to a pearl farm. It was interesting to hear how pearls grow. Nobody made you buy anything, but you could. Then we arrived to Halong and cruised around. Food was good, it included seafood and many other options. The highlight was the watching a live performance.

Certainly had a relaxing trip onboard. Staffs are well trained in general and with the lead up of Mr Ha, the manager, provinding pleasant service. The crew allows you to have ‘me’ time and ensure I was well-fed. They were so sweet celebrating 1 of the guests’ birthday on cruise. Definitely recommend this experience.

This cruise is the best choice you can make. They take care of everything and are very friendly. The food are good and the activities were great. Prepare yourself for the cave hiking its a long way and a bit crowded but the views inside are worth it. Shoutout to our Tour Guide Johnny, he is the best, very patient, friendly and outgoing.

We had an amazing Ha Long Bay experience, especially after upgrading to the Solana Luxury Cruise. Our tour guide, Mr. Ben, was fantastic, fun, informative, and made the trip truly worthwhile. The stops at Halong Bay, Sung Sot Cave, and Tip Top Mountain were beautiful and memorable. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it. The food on board was just average, nothing too special. One thing to note: single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed on the cruise. It’s best to bring your own reusable bottle for refills. If you must bring plastic bottles, keep them inside your bag—otherwise, the crew might charge you. The cruise chairs weren’t the most comfortable, but the bus ride was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and one I would recommend with a few heads-ups for future travelers!

Sailing on the Luxury Iris Cruise was truly an unforgettable experience, absolutely the perfect choice for exceptional value, top-notch safety, outstanding service, and a breathtaking route through Ha Long Bay’s most stunning attractions. The ship’s amenities were impeccably maintained, and the crew’s warmth and hospitality made me feel so welcomed and cared for. I can’t recommend this day cruise enough, it exceeded all my expectations! A special shout-out to the amazing Cruise Director, Fatima, who went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. From ensuring we had everything we needed — from delicious food to fresh towels to making sure we enjoyed every moment on board, she and the team did a phenomenal job. Bravo! 👏🌟 attractions on route: safety: service: itinerary:

My husband and I went on a tour with Johnny Mihn aka Johnny Handsome and he is a lovely tour guide and has entertained everyone of us with his humour! He is very knowledgeable on what he does and that we would highly recommend booking a tour with them as it is worth every penny. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tourguide was very responsible to ensure the utmost important thing, which us our safety! Pick up time was set the night before and they came right on time. Journey to the Halong harbour before we hop on to the boat was smooth. We did have pitstops and visit their tourists designated shop but no obligations to purchase anything 😊
