We had a great stay here in this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet and lay back surroundings then you will like it here. No pool though but its fine coz the weather is cold esp. in the morning. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeping is doing a great job making up our room everyday. The breakfast is just fine for its price. Over-all we enjoyed our stay here in this hotel.

Having visited Chiang Mai many times, this stay was definitely the best! The breakfast selection was rich and diverse, the hotel environment was spacious and comfortable, worthy of an international brand. The room design was novel and clean. The hotel has a free Tuk Tuk to Nimman, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Nimman. Overall, I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The hotel is a bit far from Nimman shopping area, but because the rooms are large and comfortable, the in-room refrigerator provides free Coke and Sprite, the hotel lobby provides free instant noodles, fruit, bottled water, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. This is my second time staying here.

The hotel is a bit far from the shopping area, but it wasn't a big deal because we rented a scooter. The hotel is quiet and clean. The lobby offers a variety of fruits, snacks, and bottled drinking water. The breakfast is plentiful, and occasionally you'll encounter cute cats.

Rooms are spacious, and clean. There's a play area for kids. Staff, Dexter, and Nook are friendly, and accommodating.

It was late at night when we arrived. I had asked customer service in advance to confirm if late check-in was possible. It's very close to the airport. Although the hotel had a bit of a musty smell, it was acceptable!!! There's a free instant noodle and snack area!!! Very awesome. It's also quite quiet. It's relatively close to the Nimman area. There's also a good massage shop next door and a 7-Eleven downstairs~ Highly recommended.
