I recently booked a hotel room through the Klook app, and the experience was fantastic. The booking process was smooth, clear, and quick. When I arrived, the room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything went perfectly, and I’m very happy with the service. I’ll definitely use Klook again for my future bookings!

Location wise was great since it was near the metro station. I love the food for breakfast, it suits our taste. My only concern is the pool, for kids below 6y.o they are not allowed even with parents’supervision. The tv was somewhat old considering it to be a 5 star hotel. But all in all it was ok. The rooms are new and quite clean, making it a great place to rest for travelers with long layovers who aren't planning to leave the airport to visit Dubai. After all, sleeping on a public recliner is noisy, lacks privacy, and requires you to constantly watch your luggage. This was my first stay here. The front desk is next to C14. After checking in, take the escalator downstairs and turn left. There are restrooms nearby, so you don't have to worry about the room not having a bathroom. The toilets have bidet and foot washing functions (if you really need to take a full shower, you'll have to go to Block B). I chose the ten-hour rest option this time, and I highly recommend it. I personally think the reason why fewer people use it is probably because travelers with long layovers usually leave the airport, and those with short layovers wouldn't choose this option. Also, Emirates sometimes provides free transit hotel stays for eligible passengers... Overall, the stay here was pretty good! I spent just over two thousand to buy a small room where I could get a good night's sleep! Bunk beds for two people are cheaper than a double bed!
