Enjoyed the tour a lot! Get to see the more rural part of penang! Our tour guide Mr CC Ang was really good and helpful with his clear explanations. Answered many of our questions patiently and to the best of his ability. He also helped to take many photos for us and even brought us to see some extra stuff that were not part of the itinerary. If I have the chance would love to take up another tour guided by him the next time we are back in penang !

Had a wonderful morning tour with Jenny. Jenny was very engaging, shared a lot about local history and life in Penang. A very unique tour and different experience that I would recommend if you are in Penang. Balik Pulau is a beautiful countryside, the itinerary was well planned, with breakfast and lunch at local spots (also stopped by for chendol better than those in town), nutmeg factory, belachan factory and rice field. Was comfortable throughout in the car and enjoyed the insights and conversations with Jenny!

Mr. Ong is truly efficient and a very nice person. Plus, he planned all the routes very well without any rushing. My mother didn't have to walk too much, which saved her a lot of energy. The included fast-track cable car tickets meant we didn't have to wait in line at all and could get on the cable car right away. A very satisfactory tour.

Mandy drives very steadily and efficiently, taking us to all the places without any rushing or urging. Her Chinese explanation throughout the trip was perfect. My mother and I were very happy to meet such a conscientious, responsible, and patient driver-guide.
