We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and quick - which made traveling with our toddler so much easier. The room was dean, spacious, and very comfortable. Our toddler loved the space to move around, and we all slept so well that we ended up waking up at noon! The bed was truly cozy. The location is excellent, just a few steps from Suyu Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby -perfect for families. We especially enjoyed the buffet samgyupsal recommended by the staff. It was delicious! We also appreciated the hygiene kit and complimentary bottled water - such thoughtful touches. I would still choose to stay here and travel about 30 minutes to Myeongdong rather than pay double for a smaller room there. The value, comfort, and space here are absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for families!

Front desk is also very friendly, accommodated all our requests and even assisted us in finding the pharmacy. Also appreciate that it's only a few min walk from either the bus stop or the Suyu train station, so commute is no hassle. Such a good experience, will book again in the future!

Convenience: Very convenient, right next to the subway station. Cleanliness: Staff clean the premises daily. Service: Excellent, 24-hour check-in is great!

Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place. it is also near the subway station and airport bus. there's also lot of restaurants nearby.

It is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. What we really love is the location and cleanliness of this hotel.

Hotel is very accessible to the subway line 4 and bus station and restaurants and convenient stores. From airport you can ride airport bus and get off suyu station which is about 5 minute walk to the hotel. Room is decent and clean only downside is thedont have bidet if you are particular to that. Overall I would book this hotel again when I go to korea.
