Ti Top Island cruises

It’s one of the best cruises out there. The cruise is new and impeccable so not much reviews yet but trust me this cruise is going to be famous in no time. It had amazing staff, very friendly, polite, prompt, warm and very hardworking. it is one of the biggest cruises out there. it checked all the boxes. the itinerary was perfect, with enough breaks and rest , it wasn’t rushed so we could fully enjoy the experience. I would like to specifically mention our tour guide Jason. he was very friendly and informative. he was easy to talk to polite and he clicked a lot of pictures ☺️🙌🏻. I would definitely like to recommend this cruise to anyone who wants a day trip to ha long bay!

You really can't appreciate the magnificent natural beauty of Ha Long Bay from photos; you have to experience it in person. I highly recommend it. Luckily, our tour guide was Johnny Handsome, who many others have praised in their reviews. He worked hard to make the tour exciting and ensured we traveled safely and smoothly. The driver was a bit gruff but drove very safely. Since my hotel was in a complicated location, the tour started with a motorcycle transfer. We then rode a comfortable large bus on the highway, stopping twice for restroom breaks at souvenir shops and a pearl store during the approximately 2.5-hour journey. Upon arriving at the pier, we were immediately escorted onto the boat for a lunch buffet. The food was reasonably good. Drinks were available for an additional charge. We first chose between a bamboo boat, a kayak, or a speedboat (with an extra fee), and then split up to enjoy our chosen activity. The bamboo boat was rowed for us, allowing me to take photos at a leisurely pace. Kayaking seemed challenging for beginners, as they had to navigate through many passing bamboo boats. Next, we moved a short distance by boat to visit a cave. The cave tour was about 2 km and took approximately an hour. The initial ascent to the entrance was a steep staircase, and there were many ups and downs on stairs afterward, which was honestly tiring. However, there were spots with panoramic views of Ha Long Bay, where I was able to take beautiful photos. After that, we moved a short distance by boat to Ti Top Island, where you can swim or climb to an observation deck. To be honest, my legs were tired from the cave, so I just relaxed on the boat, haha. The day concluded with a sunset party. It was very simple, with tea, a small amount of red wine, small mango cookies, fried rice crackers, and watermelon. You could order beer, cocktails, and juices for an additional charge, but it was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the sunset over Ha Long Bay was incredibly beautiful and amazing. We spent the entire day in the same seats on the same boat, so I could leave my belongings (except valuables) and travel light for sightseeing. On the way back, we stopped at one souvenir shop for a restroom break, and I was driven close to my hotel while dozing off. It was a fulfilling and enjoyable day.

We are open during the Lunar New Year period. The bus picks up passengers from various hotels in Hanoi at around 5 AM, a little over a two-hour drive, with a brief stop at a highway rest area in between. After arriving at the visitor center at around 8 AM, check in at the reception area (near Highlands Coffee) and take a shuttle bus to the pier to board the boat. The stopover time on each island is about 30-40 minutes, and you will be transferred by different small and medium-sized boats. You need to follow the instructions of the staff. Since the time is tight, you can ask the staff to help you clear the way, get tickets, and get rafts, otherwise you may lose time just queuing. The same bus will wait for returning passengers at the visitor center. The return trip was delayed by 1 hour due to other passengers in the group, but the driver was very patient. There were no shopping stops throughout the trip. Thanks to the efforts of the staff, the arrangement was very smooth, and the food was delicious. A satisfying experience!

Such a beautiful and memorable day exploring Ha Long Bay! At first I thought we wont make it because there was a little confusion on the port , the address but we did not see the tour guide….., atleast we made it. The scenery was breathtaking — surrounded by stunning limestone mountains. We visited Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, which was truly amazing and much bigger than I expected, with incredible rock formations and colorful lights.Then we stopped at Titop Island, where we climbed to the top for a spectacular panoramic view of the bay. It was a bit tiring but definitely worth it! The beach below was also nice for relaxing and taking photos.The lunch buffet on the boat was plentiful and tasty, with many dishes to choose from. Just a reminder though — all drinks, even bottled water, I met a lot of new acquaintances. And our table was full of laughter. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I’d love to come back again and stay longer to enjoy more of Ha Long Bay’s beauty.

Perfect tour for friends and family! Our guide Vincent was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and funny. We got enough time at each attraction and Vincent let us know all the good activities and photo spots. There were a lot of vegetarian options for food as well.

Ken, our tour guide was awesome! He assisted everyone, explain/share stories/history as well as some jokes and he was able to herd everyone to the next activities in a timely manner. The cruise was clean and food are great. value for money: 10 safety: 10 attractions on route:10

We get to see the beauty of Ha Long Bay with this tour package! Totally recommended for anyone visiting. Shoutout to our tour guide Binh with english name Baby! He is very good, very talented and friendly. He is great with his job. 🙌🏼

the cruise is brilliant, and the crew are exceptional. Especially Dan (Mr. Anh), the cruise manager. He was very welcoming and made the trip special from start to finish. He made sure we were well looked after by the staff, and made the tours fun & factful. The tours did take you to the top spots around Ha Long Bay, but they were at popular times so expect queues! The food on the cruise was nice, and they were very good with making sure food fit dietary requirements. Dinner was the standout as a “set menu”, whilst lunch and Breakfast & Brunch were buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfy, with a lovely balcony to relax on. Only big negatives were WiFi wasn’t the best & the hot water in our shower wasn’t consistent. Would definitely recommend this cruise, even potentially come back again and do a few more days!!!
