Onsen has 4 pools. A magnesium (Epsom salt) bath, and a hydrating (likely collagen, ceramides, protein mix) and a cold plunge to do contrast therapy. Last one just the generic hot jacuzzi. My only suggestion for improvent is the cold plunge was probably set at 15.. if they went lower like 10 deg it would be awesome. Complimentary snacks like the ginger tea and peanut ball tastes good and presented well

service: massage therapist: Assisted by ms Annie during the massage session, and she was really professional and skillful. She knew exactly where to apply pressure. Her technique was excellent. If you prefer a stronger or more focused massage, definitely recommend ms Annie. very friendly and experienced!

superb service with excellent therapist. atmospheric, nice and relaxing. nice food. value for money. a very good experience indeed! the staffs were all very friendly and approachable. no hard selling, overall experience was really relaxing with no obligations.

Pleasant experience at Alun Alun spa pantai cenang! The ambience of the spa reminds me of spas in bali. Service was great. There are 4 aromatherapy oil you can choose from and i selected lavendar. Therapist was a petite young lady (didnt get her name) but she was strong! Prices here are cheaper than walk in though options are limited. 10/10 would recommend
