One Pillar Pagoda massages

i should’ve chosen the other package 😅or better call the massage shop directly because the klook massages are limited 😬Also, the therapist i got was not so good. i got bruises from too much pressure even though i said soft massage only 😩and the massages were not relaxing at all, it feels like she’s in a hurry 😬But i still give tip. I will still go back here though 💗

A great experience and feeling. I am so lucky to be able to have a SPA here. The masseuse's techniques are delicate and precise, and she presses on each body point with skill and precision, which fully relieves my pain and fatigue. This experience is great. It’s an herbal massage. It’s different from the one in Bangkok. In Bangkok, you use herbal massage packs. In Vietnam, you use herbal massage + pushing. In comparison, I prefer the Vietnamese method. There is a meal at the end of the SPA, so you have to walk a short distance. I went to another SPA for dinner. Although the lunch was free, the whole thing was very high-end (please see the photo). Overall, I highly recommend this SPA. If you are still hesitating about which SPA to choose, this is the right one. .

Excellent spa and I think it is the best in Hanoi! Definitely recommending it ! Therapist Lê and receptionist Emily were highly professional in term of customers service ! This spa is clean and very well decorated and the location is extremely convenient located in Old Quarter of Hanoi !

My last day in Hanoi for a business trip. Ran out of cash and thus chose this spa cause I can pay online. The spa is located in the most lively street in the old city Center, with boutique shop design. The staff’s English is very good and explained things clearly. Also, the massage itself is fantastic.

love the special massages mixing a variety of techniques (Thai, Swedish, aromatic oil and hot stone)! Wish they will also make the 120 minutes option available on Klook coz 90 min just ain't enough.

The foot massage was great. Very relaxing. The staff was pleasant & polite. The shampoo & shoulder & neck massage was nice & included a face mask & blow dry.

I booked a 75-minute Vietnamese massage here the day before through Klook. The details are in my review from that time. "MAI," who was in charge that day, was excellent, so I booked another appointment for the next day immediately after the treatment. I noticed that booking through Klook was about 1000 yen cheaper than booking directly with the shop, and when I told the receptionist, they kindly said I could book through Klook. Furthermore, they said they would let me specify MAI. I booked immediately with Klook on the spot. I am truly grateful to the staff. And thank you very much, MAI, for the wonderful treatments you gave me for two days. Your service was the best. I will definitely request you again when I go to Hanoi. Also, a word to people from countries where tipping is not customary: when you receive good service, I hope you will give a generous tip as a sign of gratitude.
