The meeting was on time. The tour time was just right. The bun cha dinner was delicious.

Ha Long Bay is such a good scenery, but the tour guide make the experience way more better! I booked this tour 1 day before departure dates without problem. During the scheduled time, Kimi picked me up from the hotel with his motorbike to our bus. What impressed me is how he quickly managed to remember all our names and group, also helping solo traveller like me so that I didn't feel alone through the trip. He also explained our lunch menu because they understand our concern regarding halal food, and also informed me of a space in the boat so that we could have our praying space. For the trip itself, all is already included in the package, but there's a speed boat add on for those that want it. The tour also try to predict how other crowd moves and work around the routes so that we could get all the stops with less people. The only hard work is also to hike in tip top islands, and I think it's not that hard for normal people. Overall it's a nice experience.

Tour guide Lee was really attentive and arranged everything very well. He also helped us carry our backpacks, took care of us all the time, and patiently explained along the way. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Kimi was outstanding, super friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. From the moment the trip started, he made sure everyone felt welcomed and informed. His explanations of the history and sights were clear and engaging, and his sense of humor and warm personality kept the whole group in great spirits. He handled everything smoothly and made the entire experience feel effortless and relaxing. Schumacher, our driver, also did an excellent job. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and I felt safe the entire time. He navigated the roads with great skill and professionalism, making the long journey to and from Ha Long Bay feel short and pleasant. This trip wouldn’t have been the same without their effort and hospitality. Highly recommend booking this tour and hope you get lucky enough to have Kimi and Schumacher on your team!
