haley was very sweet and was attentive to everyone. eastern jeju was extremely beautiful — seongsan ilchulbong & hamdeok beach were the highlights of the tour. even though the weather wasn't perfect (strong winds, chilly weather & slight snow), the tour was still very much enjoyable.

The tour went on even if I was the only tourist as the company is relatively new. Got a first class seat and tour. Lucas was an excellent guide. The tour was marvelous. Took the South tour and got to experience breathtaking nature experiences and even historical sites such as the UNESCO Heritage Village with a 1,000+ year old tree inside.

I cannot recommend Christina enough! From start to finish, she was the absolute heart and soul of our mountain trek. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she didn't just lead the way; she anticipated our every need before we even realized them ourselves. If you’re looking for a guide who is professional, deeply caring, Christina is the one. Mount Hallasan is truly a masterpiece of nature. Walking through its lush forests feels like stepping into a dream. It is an unforgettable highlight of Jeju Island."

We had a great time! Our guide Mr. Peter Kim is a very good guide and we learned a lot from him. Also he drived very carefully due to the snowy weather and we were all safe until be returned to our hotel. We did see some accidents on the road but we were safe. I booked a join-in tour for me and my parents. First we are supposed to go to Hallasan mountain to see the view and snow, but due to weather we were not able to go. But we were not disappointed because it was snowing most of the trip! The camellia hill have lots of snow and the contrast between the red flowers and white snow is such a delight to see! Tangerine picking was also a fun activity. We ate immediately the tangerine and it was sour but Mr. Peter said don’t eat immediately and wait for 1~2 days before eating, but when we reached our hotel we couldn’t resist to eat, and to our surprise the tangerines tasted sweet! He was right not to eat the tangerines immediately 🤭Mr. Peter made our day trip very worthwhile! I recommend!

we had an absolute lovely time. our guide Steven Yanagi was amazing! he was very chatty, very helpful and he even came to find us when we got a bit lost. the views were spectacular. definitely a must see. Steven even pointed out local sites and places to eat on the drive to and from and made sure we were all comfortable and adjusted the air con for us. the scenery itself was lovely. to sit and have my feet in the sand and watch the sun set on the beach was excellent. definitely recommend ⭐ ☀️

we unknowingly entered our port pick in jeju wrong, we were supposed to be in jeju city port instead of seogwipo terminal. Our driver, Charlie, drove 1 hr to come and get us and continued the tour. He tried his best to show us around even for the short period, we only had 4 hours left by this time. we still manage to visit 3 locations including Seosang ilchubong.

My girlfriend and I booked 3 days with Jin, with Sunday being the first day (west part). Jin picked us up from our hotel. We were the only 2 who were on his tour, so Jin was our private guide. Everything was great and met our expectations! Only Hallim Park was a bit short (60-70 minutes). We think 90-120 minutes would be better to see the whole park in a normal pace (not sure of that would be possible considering there’s more to see). We were rushing through the park to see everything. long story short: it was great to have Jin as a guide, he provided us information about the sights and we could always asked more information. Jin is also really patient and flexible! highly recommend the tour with Jin!
