They provide towels and bathing suits (tank top and shorts for women, shorts for men). You can go empty-handed. The flow was jacuzzi → mud hot spring bath → (shower while wearing bathing suit) → cave waterfall shower → steam sauna → stone massage → shower and changing (I skipped the shower). The mud hot spring bath is washed and changed for each group. The mud has no odor and makes the skin smooth. Even if you don't speak the language, gestures are fine. They watch your movements and guide you to the next step when you start moving. It was very fun and comfortable.

Slightly more mosquitoes than ideal, but the overall environment is relaxing. The staff first had us change into provided clothes, then we went for a mud bath, followed by a steam room to open our pores, and finally a Vietnamese massage and fruit.

Service: This is the first time I've wanted to leave a comment on Klook. First of all, I must praise the shop for being super responsible. I placed the order on the same day, and I quickly received a message from them on WhatsApp. Then, because our dinner location was half an hour's drive from the massage location, I messaged them on WhatsApp to say that we would be late. When I asked them where the nearest Grab drop-off point was, I immediately received a reply. They even asked if we needed a ride (because it was raining at the time). I was just about to tell them where we were when I realized that they had already arranged for a driver to wait for us. It's really hard to find the shop's location inside the "Great World." After arriving, the shop staff rushed barefoot to the car to help us open the door. Once inside, the staff immediately gave us tissues to wipe our umbrellas, which were wet – so many thoughtful details. And the massage was very comfortable; so comfortable that I was already done when I woke up. Even though I was 2 kilometers away from the free transfer distance, they were still willing to take us back to the hotel for free. It was already 1 AM at the time, and I was really satisfied with the service of this shop. If it wasn't so late, I would have wanted to add another foot massage. Facilities: The massage shop has an elevator inside, and the massage rooms are private, which other mid-to-high-priced massage shops don't have. After the massage, they gave us fruit, baguette, and a small gift.

The experience starts with a foot soak to soothe your muscles. Then, the therapist uses hot stones (see the warmer in the picture) to massage key acupressure points from your calves up to your thighs and on the soles of your feet. The experience concludes with a complimentary neck and shoulder massage and back stretches.

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, unlike the photos. The massage pressure is just right, not too light and not too strong. I got a massage, paid extra, and got another one. And they are friendly. Highly recommend.

I spent a wonderful afternoon at the Oasis Spa and felt completely relaxed. The atmosphere was intimate and serene, truly a private spa experience. My therapist, giving an excellent foot ritual and a free manicure pedicure for my smoll daughter. I also appreciated the delicious afternoon tea we enjoyed afterwards. I would highly recommend this spa and look forward to my next visit to vietnam🦋✈️

It was a 2-hour and 30-minute course. First, I had a body scrub, and after showering, they gave me an oil massage from my toes to the top of my head, which I was much more satisfied with and felt more refreshed than with a Thai massage. I even dozed off. At the end, they came to my face and gave me a facial massage, facial scrub, and mask, and also massaged my head. I'm very satisfied. There's a private restroom and shower. They did a great job with their small hands, strongly yet gently. I was satisfied with the welcome drink upon arrival and the drinks and snacks after the massage. It was a very satisfying service for the price. The only downside is that the address listed on the app is for Lara Spa 1. You have to walk about 3 minutes from there to get to the Lara Spa 2 building. It's neat and clean, and the staff is friendly. It's right next to Soniah Night Market, so it's good to get a massage and then go sightseeing at the night market.

The location was hard to find, and even after asking several Vietnamese people, we still couldn't locate it. Luckily, the Vietnamese people were very helpful and took us there on their motorbikes. Google couldn't find the address; it might be slightly different from the actual location. We informed the shop about this at the time. The massage was very comfortable, with music playing, and they even washed our faces and gave each of us a mask to apply 👍👍
