This hotel is in a key position to visit Montreal. It’s right outside old Montreal, and easily accessible to anything we wanted to do. Easily walkable the staff are what make this hotel really stand out other than location.
The happy hour was a joke. The quality of the drinks left a lot to be desired.
The breakfast was very good. And as I said, the staff were over the top with the exception of the gentleman that checked us out, everyone could not be better.
One note is on the very last day we were told they were working on the hot water and it would not be available from 9:30 in the morning till after four in the afternoon, which was a big inconvenient but we managed. Well, we didn’t count for was that at 5 o’clock in the morning getting ready to catch our flight we would not have any hot water still.
When mentioning at the front desk, they put the owner on us saying we should’ve called them at five in the morning for them to fix it.
I thought that was laughable and totally disrespectful to the customer who was trying to get dressed and out the door in time to meet a flight.
This gentleman was not indicative of the other staff at the hotel.
I can recommend this hotel because of the location and the people that work there.
