I checked in around 11pm; the room was not pretty; then I saw BUGS in the bed, and I noticed I didn't have a cell phone. Even when I went to the balcony, I found the room phone was broken. So I went to the lobby lobby & a bunch guys look at me a piece of meat. Then the guy behind the desk tells me the WiFi is down, If I need to make a call I can call from the lobby. I tell him it's not safe if I can't reach my family from my room. The front desk guy tells me not to worry his men will protect me (the same men looking at me like a piece of meat.) I am feeling very UNSAFE. I came back to my room and found that I really couldn’t secure the balcony door. There are no deadbolts, and the keyhole is outside (believe it or not, they have ladders in India) & The same goes for the bathroom. I left the light on in the room then i dragged the mattress into the bathroom and barricaded myself in until 5:45 am. I was able to get messages out to my sister & boyfriend periodically throughout the night. But all in all WORST hotel experience EVER! I certainly didn't stay the whole time planned.
