I’ve been traveling to Thailand for over 20 years and I normally don’t write reviews about anything, let alone a “hotel”, but I’ll give one this time. Best family hotel and location ever. Yes, I said! Best!! 5 and a half stars! Gorgeous property, fantastic service, location…can’t be better, cost is very reasonable. Has an awesome workout gym, rooftop pool for parents, breakfast buffet is top notch. The view from our room left us speechless…will be returning. Cheers!

We felt disappointed, i made a mistake on the booking for 2 rooms for 3 days instead of 2 days i cancelled the booking right away and was confirmed by Expedia , we then booked the rooms for the correct days . When we arrived the hotel to check in , I mentioned to the receptionist about the mistake she confirmed that the first reservation was canceled and that the hotel didn’t charge us , later on I found out I was charged so I went back to receptionist ,she said we have to deal with Expedia for the charge made I call Expedia and was told they have to call the hotel to determine on the refund, so I when back and talk the same receptionist that Expedia will call them , she change her story and told me that the first reservation was noted as (no show ) ,and that the reservation was never cancelled ! I am still waiting for Expedia to decide 。not be charged!

Ink was absolutely tremendous. Fantastic server. Nobody serves tables better than Ink, believe me. She was friendly, attentive, and always right there when we needed something. The service was smooth, efficient, and done with a great attitude. She made our entire dining experience better. People are saying it's five-star service, and frankly, they're right. If you get Ink as your server, you're going to have a great time. Highly recommended!

Everything was good. Great hotel

Hotel is great as long as you have kids up to 14. Beside that its loud and the food is not good. Breakfast area is huge and crowded, very loud and food is Asian style, the croissants are defrosted and not fresh. One coffe machine for the whole room. In short Breakfast needs improvments. Beside that its all clean and huge. Its not a redo for me.
