I stayed here for 3 nights for an event that was nearby at the arena. I arrived a few mins before 11am and wanted to pay for an early check in, but the staff wouldn’t even let you get the process started until exactly 11am. I waited at the desk for 10mins, only to be told to use the kiosk when it turned 11am, but it didn’t work so they had to help me anyway. The room I was assigned smelled lightly of damp/mildew when I arrived, although on first glance it seemed clean. The property seems newly renovated but poorly maintained, so the walls near the bathroom were peeling apart due to water damage. When I went to take a nap, the bed was so uncomfortable, and when I checked I realized the mattress was upside down in order to cover several dark stains. There was no mattress cover either, so all that was between me and the gross mattress was a thin flat sheet, no fitted sheet. I asked the front desk staff if there was another room available but they informed me that the property was fully booked that weekend and offered no other assistance. Later when I returned to the room after dinner, the room was covered in ants. They were crawling everywhere in the bathroom, up the walls, and even in the bed sheets. Again I asked if there were other rooms just in case, but instead gave me a can of horrible smelling ant spray to spray myself. They did not even offer to clean my room, as that would be an additional charge. The reviews of this place were misleading. Would never stay again.

The hotel is fine and does exactly what it says - no frills! The bed was a little too soft for my liking and the mattress protector made it worse as the sheets moved around and got screwed up. Parking for guests should be free but it’s now another way to make you pay! I would stay there again but not if I have a car!

The room and property are ok for a quick sleep ( that's it). However there is a bad customer service approach. I was traveling with my wife and 2 kids, landed from an overseas flight and showed up a couple hours earlier from check in time. Our room was ready and available, however the staff at the front desk refused to check us in and made us wait till check in time. I really dislike when someone having the opportunity to give a good service at no additional cost for the company choose to give passengers a hard time. I'm not returning to this hotel and strongly recommend everyone to choose other options.

Reasonable price and a shopping center across a street with a lot of choice for restaurants

The rooms were beautiful. The location was nice to be not far from the airport, right next to Aeroville mall but really kind of far from the Paris city center and all the attractions.. Hotel staff mostly were helpful for checking in but no more interactions except a random front desk guy knocking on my door at 11pm and then saying sorry he must have the wrong room. Totally messing with my sleep. Pro tip: don't pay to store your baggage if you have more than 3 bags. They charge €5 per bag to store but only €15 to do an early check in and put your bags in your room. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Took a little for my American brain to realize you need to put your keycard in the slot by the door to use any of the lights or plug ins. So there isn't really a way to leave any devices to charge while you are out. Cons: Worst thing was the leaky AC. We ended up putting the trash can under it to catch all the water that dripped down. Front desk were not really knowledgeable about the best ways to get around and most did not speak English well for travelers like my family Actual worst thing: absolutely no ice to be had on properly in 104+F°. We were melting ourself and no way to get any ice to cool us or our water down.
