Old but very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful

Hmmm. Positives were few - it was quiet and the tv and heater worked well. Negatives were unfortunately many. The whole space was grubby, especially the shower. There was some sort of leak in the bathroom, with water pooling on the floor. Not sure where it was coming from (I don’t think it was the shower). Under the sink in the kitchen also leaked. The kitchen supplies were limited (we had to ask for another fork) and there was only one lid (that was broken) between the 2 saucepans. The towel rail in the bathroom was broken off (from the residual glue it looked like someone had tried to repair it multiple times). The towels were threadbare, although we had enough of them. As a side note - the hot water from the tap was HOT. Dangerously hot. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Amy was very friendly at reception. Room was large enough with 2 seater couch as a bonus. Bathroom was very spacious.. located just up the road from Macs Hotel and the cave garden.

Booked two bedroom apartments but given a studio room without kitchen, dining and lounge room. When asked to Staff, they said those type of rooms are not belongs to the property anymore. No respond and apologies from the Management.

Great central locations walking distance from restaurants entertainment and shopping. Great value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is literally right in the centre of town. Bring your own hair care products because none are provided.

the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room although very clean, had a funny smell in there, so had to leave window and door open for fresh air. Good location for stop over to melbourne from adelaide at a cheap price. could walk to commercial rd for breakfast etc. and coles was walking distance too.

Quite an old motel but was clean and very quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful too.
