FantastischMit Kindern übernachtet
Lovely modern clean apartment with all necessities including wash tabs, shampoo etc. Close to main train/metro/bus stations, shopping centre, montjuic fountain and local shops including phamacy butcher supermarket and takeaway places. Communication was good, however links don’t work in Expedia which made it tricky but spoke to them and seem to be working now. Bit different to first enter but no problems. Great place to stay!

Grossartig The property was good, spacious and, although a little removed from the main attractions, access to transportation is convenient.
The customer service is good, but beware of needing immediate attention. We had some issues with the apartment key-cards and where lucky that happened during business hours. Other than that overall a good experience.

The property was clean, and the location was incredibly convenient — just 20 minutes from all the sightseeing spots, bus stops, and grocery stores. We stayed for three nights and loved the apartment. We’d definitely book it again and highly recommend it. The host was very communicative, quick to respond to our questions, and even recommended some great restaurants.
The only downside was that we landed early and couldn't check in right away, so we had to walk around with our luggage after a long flight. Thankfully, we found a nearby locker to store our bags.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Location was excellent. It was much more comfortable for our family of 5 than a standard hotel room. Our complaint is with the company that owns the property. I looked on the website to make sure I understood the checkin process. It said to let them know when we will arrive and someone would meet us there, which I did. Unfortunately this information was out-of-date. Now they send an email ahead of time with instructions about how to get in the building and access your room key. We never got the email and ended up standing outside the place for over an hour in the pouring rain with all our luggage. If you choose to book with Home 2 Home and do not receive an email ahead of time, make sure to call and ask.
The first night we were there we asked for an additional key as we were only provided one. They promised to deliver one the next day. They came while we were out. They did not simply deliver a key, they re-keyed the lock and left all the new keys INSIDE THE ROOM. So when we got home after a long day of sight-seeing, our key would not open the door and we had no way of accessing the new keys. It took 2 hours for someone to come and let us in.

Started bad. They would not cooperate on adjusting the number in my party. I had to wait till the last day to even know if I would be able to stay. I had worry about the entire thing. Finally they agreed. WOW - Did me such a favor on decreasing my group size to just me. No gratitude and just wasted my time making it impossible for me to cancel. NICE JOB! The place? Needs paint! Overall it's okay.

Very nice apartment. Clean and reasonably quiet. Check in instructions were very clear. Shower is a little small and decor shows its been well used but we enjoyed our stay. Coffee machine took nespresso pods. Supermarkets and restaurants within 2mins walk

Poor sound proofing let's this property down, noise from flat above and from street below, particularly the through the night waste bin collections every night if the week.
