Unterdurchschnittlich Our bathroom was very damp and I don’t think the fan exhausted outside because our towels hanging in there didn’t dry after two days. The room was small with no windows and mold in the corners.
The shared kitchen garbage was overflowing and I don’t think anyone emptied it the whole three days we were there.
The location was great though.
Definitely budget hotel but it could have been kept a little cleaner even at that price.
Breakfast was frozen bread in the freezer and a jar of peanut butter and jam in the fridge.
We didn’t see a single person who worked there. Everything was self serve and that part was organized but definitely dependent on people being able to clean up after themselves. (There were unwashed dishes and food in the sink that no one dealt with.)
We adjusted but I wouldn’t stay here again.

２泊しましたが、チェックアウトの時にスタッフに初めて会ったぐらいほぼ不在で、ゲストハウスの看板等わかりずらく、またレビューにも書いてありましたが５階まで階段はつらかったのと、布団が薄く寒かった。

Nice location but other than that I wouldn't stay again. The room, A/C, shower, walls, etc. have black mold. The key must be inserted to turn on A/C so room is always extremely hot when returning, but turning on A/C means you're spreading mold into the room. Shower is on top of toilet, etc. but thats standard for lots of stays in S Korea. Staff was nice when we saw them, no one at the front desk ever though and you just pickup a key with your name on it when you arrive. We stayed for close to a week and there was no housekeeping, emptying trash bins, etc. at all.

Staffs are very kind and easy to communicate, especially they will help you carry luggages out and kind to book the taxi since my card didn't work with Kakao taxi. Easy to access from the public transportation both bus and subway, convenient location for Dongdaemun market, Hyundai Outlet, Mylliore and many other shopping areas.

Gut the cleaniness of room is ok but there is no lift that we need to walk up and down five storeys to and from there!!!! It s unacceptable!

Grossartig The Guesthouse is near Dongdaemum Metro Exit 7 (5mins walk) and all the shopping centres, Hello apm, doota, good morning city, and also the wholesale shopping centres too. But the room is quite small as seen from the pictures.
around 5-7 minutes walk to the Airport Bus# 6002 Bus Stop. You can ask the staff and he will tell you how to walk to the Airport bus stop. There is no elevator so it is tiring to carry the luggage up to fifth floor. BUT there is an intercom at level one beside the staircase. You may talk to the staff and the staff will come down to help you carry up the luggage. We only know this when we reach the guesthouse. BUT The staff is very helpful and friendly. He also help us to carry down our luggage when we are leaving for airport.

Here you get awesome service from the friendly personel, who gladly talks about Korea as well as themselfs. The rooms are very modern, but very small. The friendliness outweighs the lack of space, so we had a great time staying here. The location is very central, but hard to find. The hotel itself is located on the 4th floor, no elevator. But if you ring the doorbell, they will happily come down and carry your luggage up. If you can see past the rather dirty street with a lot of chinese restaurants, it's a great stay if you're on a budget.
