I booked a 3 queen bedroom and on arrival the kitchen counters were very dirty. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies to make sure my kids wouldn't touch any of the mess they left behind. Then there was 2 microwaves, 1 did not turn on and the other worked, but it was burned. I was attempting to warm my baby's bottle up in there and I had to throw out the milk bc of how burned it smelled. To top it off one tv had no power was so ever. I even ended up finding trash behind the beds. I wanted to get ice for our drinks and the ice buck looks like it been in that same room for months! It was dirty! I do not recommend this hotel for vacations at all.

Property was great for the short time that I was there.

Room was clean, but the hotel is old and dated. It worked for our one night stop and last minute booking.

The staff can not help you changing bill to coins if you want to use the laundry machines.

Booked through Expedia. Checked in July 8. 2026. Assigned room 217. In the room the toilet seat was only attached on 1 side and was hanging off the comode. Unsafe. I took a picture. Called the desk, they said they would be up to fix it. No one showed up so I went down to front desk. Hallways and lobby was very hot. Desk clerk had such heavy accent he was hard to understand. Showed him the pic, he assigned me to room 317. It was so hot in the hallways and lobby. He said they have A/C but it drips. I'm thinking dripping on the carpet? Mold? Moved up to new room 317. Someone turned the A/C all the way off. It was hot and took hours to cool down. Went to dinner while it cooled the room. It was okay when we got back from Boardwalk. Changing tv channel took 2 remotes with no instructions. Figured it out eventually. IT GETS WORSE. Toured the area of Alvin/Pearland next day, came back that evening. In the bathroom, I killed a cockroach. Before I could tell wife she called me. She had pulled back the covers on the bed and a cockroach was running across the bed. I have a video before she killed it. I called Expedia and got no live person. It was late so wife wrapped herself in a personal blanket and tried to get some sleep. I lay on the bed in t-shirt and shorts and we tried to get some sleep. It was hard to do that when you are afraid a roach will run across your body when you are asleep. At 6:30 a.m. I started calling Expedia. Was told hotel mgr only comes in 1 day a week. Nottoda

Room only had towels...no hand soap or any other normal items in a hotel room. Carpet was old worn and stained...same with the furniture and cabinets. I asked the staff for help with the missing items, but did not receive anything. Coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the grounds, so could not make coffee even if I had coffee ground packs. Checking out, the front desk had a sign "Back in 5 minutes"...25 minutes later, no one was at the counter, so just left the key on the counter and left. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Good

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and the refrigerator worked great but we woke up and there were multiple roaches on the side tables and in the bathroom. Waited a long time to be able to check in because nobody was at the desk.

It was a great place, very clean and great staff very helpful.
