Fantastisch Love the location and the room was quite large. Book the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Seemed to be good value for money.

Grossartig Very close to Kings Cross station, which is why we stayed there. A bit expensive but the location was great. I would have like some lotion in the bathroom but otherwise no complaints. Check out was quick.

Unterdurchschnittlich Early check in experience was poor. Room not ready so asked for a call/sms when it was but they declined and told to come back after 3pm.
Bag storage was good.
When returning after 3pm the person checking us in didn't speak. Didn't provide room number or anything. We read the number on the card and went to the room, but due to handwriting we were at the wrong room.
We did want a fridge which are not available in the family rooms. Would be a good addition to provide a fridge (particularly in summer) or have the option to hire one.

Fantastisch Staff were lovely and helpful. Central location next to King’s Cross/St.Pancras stations meant easy travelling around London (though I walked everywhere). No gym onsite and I skipped the breakfast as there are plenty of cheaper options nearby, but it all suited my needs.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If you do not find an alternative accommodation, please rent a car rather to sleep in but not this hotel.
