Very clean and comfortable. The location is incredible ! Personnel not on-site but otherwise very helpful. The ground floor apartments are very dark since the shades need to be closed to ensure privacy. Price / quality ratio very good. We will gladly go back !

Location is good altho locating the building can be a challenge especially for a first timer. Reception sent the apartment access details via WhatsApp when I wanted them sent to my private email. Apartment (#1) needs a bit of upgrade or tlc, Cafes and tapas bar next door (the latter can get noisy late at night till the early morning hours.

Right in the old town. Close to attractions and places to eat. It was right beside a cafe and a restaurant so a bit noisy until midnight in the living room but not in the bedroom. Had a washing machine which was great.

Very nice and in a strategic place to stay in the historical centre of Malaga.
Apartments equiped with all the needs for a long stay and/or for a family friendly holiday.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Malaga without giving up the comforts provided by a real apartment.

You are right in the center to everything. Accommodations were good. However, if you stay in apt 2, you will hear everything in the court area inside the building at night and mornings because your windows face it. There was an issue with a sofa cushion that I communicated with the owner before checkng out. Tip-don't use the sofa cushions as pillows on the bed. Area itself is safe.

The washing machine was broken. The instructions was not sent correctly caused us trouble to get after we arrived since we didn’t have Spain phone number. We booked for three people, there was a sofa bed and a double bed which was too small for two people.
The location was good and the property was clean though.
