So, great building. Unfortunately before we even arrived I had a bogus party contact me with me with our exact details of our stay. I contacted both the hotel and hotels.com I rcvd an email from the the later saying the data breach wasn’t from them (categorically!). I mentioned this when checking in with Emma, nothing… said she would speak to a mnger, didn’t!! Poor show!

Lovely little find, 5 min walk from main part of Ghent. Nice room and bathroom, both modern in style. Limited parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Would def stay again

An interesting converted monastery hotel in a great location. Our double room was split level and had the usual amenities. The wifi was variable and the breakfast was quite good. Also the staff were nice and friendly. Overall we would stay here again!

Good location. Exelent stuff. Excellent breakfast. - No normal table in the room. The washroom door should be fixed. Shower water splits on the floor.

Really cool concept. Really liked the stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The location in Ghent was perfect. Only improvements: the pillows were not comfortable at all and one of the beds had some fuzz and what appeared to be hair. The bathrooms were spotless so I chalk it up to a mistake. Still a great place.

Fantastisch
The hotel was lovely, the family room was spacious and recently refurbished. Beds were firm. Parking is 25 Euros a day and can’t be reserved beforehand, so first come first serve. Otherwise a local parking garage nearby. The only negative is that the bathroom was a wet room so the water didn’t drain well and the water remained on the floor. It’s slippery.

Room very clean. Breakfast was a full buffet for 25E. Staff very helpful. Gorgeous outdoor courtyard. Easy walking distance to canal, beer cafes, the visitor center and shopping.
