We stayed here for six nights. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is packed with amenities including a well equipped gym with the most spectacular view of Florence, the free rooftop yoga session was amazing. The bar and pool area also boasts the same view. The hotel is conveniently located and it is an easy 15min walk to the city centre and main train station. Would stay here again next time we visit Florence.

ROOFTOP POOL. The views were incredible!!! Bed was comfortable, location was easily walkable (and right next to a stop of the train). The hotel breakfast was also delicious, as was the dinner at the restaurant in the hotel.

Definitely recommend. I stayed as a solo traveller and it felt great. Super fun atmosphere but still quiet at night (I was first floor). Roof top bar was super busy on weekends but fine on weekdays. I thought I’d swim daily but it’s not really a pool for that. These are complaints just things to mention. Would 100% recommend and stay again. 20 minute walk to centre.

The rooftop pool and bar has arguably the best panoramic view of Florence. With the 36⁰ C heatwave, the pool and reliable AC was what prompted us to book at this social hub location. Once we arrived, we were struck how cool this place was. The multiuse aspect of this facility is unique with the colaborative workplaces, meeting rooms, student housing and hotel stays all in one place where ecerone can mingle in the many common areas. They put up a bigscreen tv in the courtyard bar for the world cup finals. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the overall vibe of the place was friendly, accessible and just friggen cool. Another bonus is the strategic location just outside the central tourist area and right next to a tram stop. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we booked at the Social Hub location in Rome for the next leg of our trip. I cant recommend this chain of hotels/student housing/collab spaces enough.

I loved staying here, the staff were very friendly. The restaurant on property food was 10/10! Overall this was a great spot.

The room is spacious, though this is a block that houses students as well, so it could be a bit noisy. Pool has a stunning view, highly recommend. Located just outside the centre for some quiet, but easy enough to walk to everywhere.

Very nice hotel in a nice part of town. The best two features were the pool overlooking Florence and the gym, also with fantastic views.

Nice place !

Lovely option if you want a spectacular rooftop pool view of Florence. The hotel has a fun contemporary style vibe with lots of amenities. It is close to the train station and about 20min walk to the Duomo. I found some great local places to eat in the area too.
