The flat itself was nice, clean, and has lots of light. Quite tight for 4 people though as there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage and had to use the kitchen for bags. However, we had many technical issues with the check-in and the digital keys. We called the office number and they were very helpful and always available. We had to download a second app in order to get into the building. Also, we extended to late check out and our “key” once again did not work, even though the late checkout time was confirmed. Once again had to contact help to be let in. Staff were always helpful but the digital key was quite frustrating.

Location is perfect. Check-in was very easy as well as communication. The apartment was very good, had everything we needed. Furniture a little bit worn, but clean. The television worked well, but was small. No USB ports anywhere, but we had an adapter.

Perfect location for a young family to enjoy on the edge of Temple Bar without being in the hustle and bustle of the city.
The apartment was very clean and functional.
An issue with initial access to the apartment was dealt with swiftly and professionally.
The staff are great, friendly and easy to talk to.

We chose this apartment for its proximity to Temple Bar. We were a family of four staying here for a few nights.
Pros:
Great location and very walkable to many restaurants and bars.
There's a separate living room and bedroom.
Looks out over the river.
The rental company was pretty responsive and our room was ready early when we arrived.
Has a washer/dryer combo.
Cons:
It was noisy at night and kept up the two people sleeping in the living room on the foldout couch.
There's no AC. We didn't realize this when booking it. It wasn't too hot when we stayed but it's definitely a consideration if it's the height of summer.
The washer and dryer didn't dry our clothes. We watched the demo video the rental company had on the app but the washer we had didn't match the one in the video and the controls didn't make sense.
While there was plenty of room, there wasn't much space to sit down other than on the foldout couch and bed. We weren't in the room a lot, though, so it was fine.

Apartment was well placed for Temple Bar re pubs and restaurants. Within walking distance for a Dublin Castle, Guiness factory and other local sights. The apartment was perfect for our needs and stay.

It would have been perfect had we been able to figure out how to dry our clothes. Ever option selected just washed them again. It seemed so easy but nothing worked

Great location to anything. Easy to get to the train to travel around. Several shopping centers in walking distance. Dozens of great restaurants and pubs.
