The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor due to a lack of cleaning; the laundry area was filthy, from the floor to the insides of the washers and dryers; the elevator floors were dirty; and a bad smell was noticeable on every floor, from the hallways to the rooms. There weren't even cups for coffee. Please address these important details regarding cleanliness and the proper maintenance of the hotel and rooms so that guests stay happy and want to return. I hope the entire staff works with love and dedication to make a difference.

The place was very dirty, from the room floor to the laundry area; the washers and dryers were filthy and smelled bad. There were foul odors in the hallways and the room due to a lack of cleaning. On top of that, there was no hot water, the bathtub was clogged, and to top it all off, there were no cups for coffee today. I strongly recommend addressing these issues—primarily by performing a deep clean of both the rooms and the laundry area.

This hotel is down right DISGUSTING!!! If I can give it 0 stars I would. Moldddddd everywhere! Dirty floors and hall ways. Hair everywhere No towels Omg Worst experience Atleast the staff were friendly

The pros are the staff are attentive and has 24 hour staff available, plenty of the parking, has a mini dog area. The only con that I have is the first floor room is humid and create a condensation in the wood floor regardless of the room temperature is cool/cold. You can hear the main doors being open and closed at anytime of hour in the night. Does not have a chair in the room to use as a desk/ eat a quick snack or hot food. You can hear minimal the highway noise.
