Had a great stay for a week in May half term. Read one reviews beforehand stating poor breakfast, not sure why, as the breakfast and location over looking the cove were amazing every day . Views much better than at the more expensive club part of the resort Super clean and polite helpful staff Location excellent for beach hopping and sunsets. Would definitely stay again

Lovely stay. Views were fabulous. Lots of choices of pools and also the beach at a stones throw. We did half board. Unfortunately only 2 places to choose from so we didn't get to try the steak restaurant as it was full on the night we could go. Only complaint really was the slow service. We would see our drinks at the bar and about 5 servers next to it but it would still take ages to get to us. Perhaps some more training. Service by the pool though was great even though there was a high charge for a bottle of water by the pool. Expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a club room and they give you a trendy leather bracelet to get you into your room. Never seen that before and loved not having to think about key cards. Overall a good stay. No shops close by which was a shame and everywhere we went was a 30 minute taxi ride away.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities, very peaceful. Breakfast service could be a little sharper, but that’s a minor gripe - The overall quality is great, would recommend.

Great hotel, lovely location

We stayed in the Club Rooms and it was perfect for what we wanted. We were right by the pool, the room and the whole hotel was clean, the staff were always so friendly and helpful and lovely selection at breakfast. No complaints at all. This was our second stay here and we would certain stay again in the future!

I chose to stay in the north of the island because I was looking for peace and calm — that’s exactly what I had been told this area and hotel would offer. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The hotel was extremely noisy. Music was constantly playing throughout the property, including in the room corridors and outdoor areas. Even worse, a nearby hotel blasted children’s music til late evening every night, making it almost impossible to rest or enjoy any sense of tranquility. To make matters worse, I became seriously ill after eating at the hotel on the day I arrived. I was so sick that I needed medical assistance the following day. What shocked me most was the lack of proper support from hotel management. Despite being visibly unwell, I was essentially expected to travel all the way to Ibiza town myself to get medication. Something I would never expect from a supposed five-star hotel. Eventually, after insisting, the hotel agreed to arrange the medication for me. Of course, I expected to pay for the medication itself, which is completely normal. However, I was then charged an a crazy amount for the transfer to bring the medication to the hotel. It felt like the hotel was charging for every possible detail rather than showing genuine care for a guest in need. i do want to acknowledge that the blue-collar staff were kind and helpful.

Had a great stay at CSM at the beginning of October. Room was compact but had a lovely sea view. Bed was firm and comfortable, excellent shower. Room cleaned every day and two complimentary bottles of water left daily. Corridor had a very musty smell (Rm 624) but this did not permeate into the room. Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, hot or cold and great quality. Restaurant (La Savina) was really nice too but there was a good choice of restaurants just outside of the resort which we also used. Staff were great, friendly, helpful, efficient. It rained very heavily over our last couple of days and several places had buckets out for drips, towels to mop up areas but the staff handled it really well, lots of umbrellas to hand. Lots of nice decorous touches around the hotel - pictures, wall hangings, cushions, wooden side tables - so, although the hotel isn't in the first bloom of youth, it still felt modern and looked after. Excellent location, would recommend and return

Had an excellent stay for my wife’s birthday. Beautiful resort and scenery. Adult only with great staff.

Really good room, very spacious and kept clean! Balcony had plenty space, all pool areas were lovely and so were the restaurants! Enjoyed the breakfasts, and all the staff were friendly and helpful! Would love to come back.
