I liked the room, although the towels seemed old and worn. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. When we arrived at reception, the lady at the desk was speaking with other guests and ignored us for about 10 minutes. When she finally assisted us, she provided the necessary information but did so with an unfriendly attitude. The phone in the room did not work, but the maintenance staff member who came to help was very kind and resolved the issue quickly. I was also disappointed that no one followed up regarding my bottle of wine or asked whether I had received it. Overall, I was leaving Porto with the impression that people were not very friendly. However, after taking a river cruise with 360 today, where the staff were exceptional, exceptional, I realized that my negative impression was not of Porto or its people. It was simply the experience I had with the hotel staff that gave me that feeling.

Excellent location. Friendly staff

there was a major plumbing leak when we stayed there so areas were blocked. We had to change rooms at 11pm and there was a leak in air conditioner until overnight in the second room. We reported to staff but the response was very nonchalant.

Outstanding stay in Porto! The location is perfect—right on Batalha Square, steps from the metro, and an easy walk to all major historic sights. The rooms are incredibly clean, quiet, and modern with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is fresh and offers a fantastic variety, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in.a good área the room size was great the bed and pillows very comfortable. You have tea or coffee everyday, water machine in the lobby a nice bar with a very knowledgeable bartender. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay.

Check-in ok, the guy on duty could have more warmth. Breakfast buffet was good, staff ok. Strange that bottle of water in room has notices everywhere about charging fifteen euro for the bottle if taken away, they need to clean and sterilise the inside of the cap when refilling. Bed, sleep quality all good. The walk up the hill from S.Bento station is tough going.

Good location to walk to many places. Room was odd. Significant marks on the floor from furniture moving. Looked bad. Good breakfast.

Everything was great! All good! The room was clean and the staff was helpful. great location for tourism!

The location is excellent. The staff was excellent and very helpful. There is no one to take your luggage and put it in the luggage room, however. The bed was comfortable, but there was one plastic chair in the room that could have used a washing with vinegar to remove smells. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic and gluten free options were limited.
